They sold our house in 2 weeks to a lovely Belgium couple. The whole process was smooth, and the photos they took were so impressive, and looked great online.
We were updated on a regular basis vía a WhatsApp group, where you could ask them any questions, and always get a answer.
All the staff are very friendly and Roxana was brilliant. We have no intention of moving again ever😉 but if we did, I would certainly use Rural Coast.

Tim, the sales agent we dealt with, was extremely helpful and understanding, ensuring we didn’t feel pressured by our buyers demand to move in ASAP, having sold our lovely home within two days. We met Rural Coast - Kate and David about 18 months ago for a viewing. Their professionalism and attentiveness was quite refreshing. We were finding it difficult to find the right home for us and decided we wanted Rural coast to help us along the way. They were extremely patient and quite obviously understood the importance of getting it right. Many viewings and 18 months later 'success'. Considering we were in the UK most of the time communication was excellent. They were knowledgable about the area, the workings of the town halls and most importantly the buying process.
Once we settle into our new life in the sun we would like to invest in another property and without doubt will be using Rural coast again.
