Was quite a drive to get to the caves up a very steel hill, you could feel your ears pop on way up! I had tried to purchase tickets online before my holiday but we were better off just buying them at the door it was 9 euros per adult. The lady running the tour was very knowledgeable and her English was very good and she made sure everyone was included! You can feel the difference in the air going in and down but was very interesting to see 👀 ?Great views from the top of the mountains too! ⛰

If you in around Alicante, this is the place to visit! Guides know what they're doing, prices are OK, even the small café and gift shop are very reasonable.
On the same ticket you can visit a local music museum etc. And the views... see for yourselves 😉

This was just fabulous! Check the time of the tours before you go, though if you arrive early there is a wee kiosk and lovely places to sit as well as a good exhibition. The caves themselves are just stunning and the tour very well done. You can't take photos inside, but that just helps you to enjoy the stunning atmosphere 😁

A place worth seeing. Very friendly staff. MAGNIFICENT views and super tour guides that explain a lot about the cave and even have some time to chit-chat. If you are around do not hesitate to visit just remember that tours are timed.

Lovely drive up to Busot, nice village with a church, on up to the caves, was a great break from the heat, it’s a constant 17c in caves, tour takes about 40 minutes, well worth the money.
Great for something to do in the daytime.
Fantastic views from the top.

Nice guided tour. We had to wait a few minutes because you can only enter at a certain time and with a group. We paid for the entrance but I forgot how much. While waiting you can go around outside. There was a restaurant there where you can have a meal while. As soon as the gate or door opens, we went in line to get in. The guide was super nice and speaks English. Really amazed at how beautiful it is inside the cave. Highly recommended.

Definitely a cool place to visit. I am claustrophobic but was able to go inside as the ceilings were very very high. There are lights shining on the stalagtites and stalagmites. There are lots of stairs if you choose to walk in the caves.

Out of a world experience and a good choice to escape the hot Spanish summer. The temperature in the cave is constant at 18 Celsius.

The caves of Canelobre is located in the municipality of Busot, Alicante. It’s age is 145million years, and was discovered by the Arabs in 10th century. Inside the caves exist stalactites, stalagmites and columns that water have shaped through millions of years. The experience is worth it, the personnel were very kind and social. They do have an English audio description. Outside the caves exist also hiking and rock climbing routes. the ticket price was €8 and it also includes the entrance fee to a museum in the small town of Busot.

It was great the tickets are a very reasonable price and the tour guide has a good command of English. The cave itself is quite beautiful and stays a steady 17Degrees during warmer months. The tours seem to run hourly a d you will need to be reasonably fit and mobile with many stairs to get around. If you are disabled the main platform is still a great place to view from and the entrance to the platform is 100% wheelchair friendly. Even the journey there is stunning as you move through the landscape full of mountains and open plain. When you arrive at the caves the view is stunning before you have even entered the caves. Really worth the trip.

This place is awesome and I'm so glad we did yhis tour with Ali-Oli Tours because it was only €50 each and that included our fabulous driver and guide Alberto and our entrance fee and he bought us drinks at at the the beautiful village of Busot. We had a wonderful morning and the caves are an experience not to be missed.

Great experience. Our guide was fantastic. We were allowed to take photos, without flash of course. He explained the history and science behind the caves in Spanish and English. The cave itself was great to visit. We did the last trip of the day so it was around 15 in our group. Might be much more crowded in summer though. There are guided tours every hour or so.
Easy to get around as long as you can go up and down steps, quite a lot of them. If not, you can view the entire cave from the platform. It is one big chamber with lovely lighting. Check the photos.
Thoroughly recommended visit. The drive there is very scenic as well.

Beautiful caves. Was recently told it’s strictly forbidden to take photos. I think each guide is different. The cave is much cooler and humid inside. Fascinating natural sculptures and history

Fascinating place to spend an hour or two. This is a very interesting caves full of huge stalectites and stalegmites. Well organised and viewing notes available in English via your smartphone.Probably best to book online before driving up there, although the view from outside is worth it on its own.
