Staff are excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful, good range of products at great prices. We purchased a tv over a year ago that developed a fault - it couldn't be repaired so they exchanged with no quibble, delivered 24 hours later and all set up for us

Got exactly what I wanted. The guy carried it to the till waited while I paid and then put it in the car for me. What more could I have asked for?
Update. My wall bracket didn't have the correct screws. The technico at Hiper Ocio gave some to me from the workshop.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Josè and the team. TV was faulty after 18 months went back to the shop and spoke to Josè who got one of the staff to arrange collection of the TV to go to the repairers, as the TV could not be repaired we were given a replacement from the shop. From initial contact with Josè to receiving new TV was 10 days they did all the ringing round arranging. Thank you Josè and the team.

This shop sells only quality goods at fair prices. Excellent for toys, electrical, kitchenware and garden furniture. Helpful staff and a gift wrapping service.
