Excellent place to stay. Good communication before arrival. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable with food bowls and beds for our dogs. I would certainly stay there again.

Deserves to be rated way more than a 2 star hotel. Stylish big room with a large king bed. Very clean and with its own air-conditioning. Attention to the little details are good. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage before check in which is so important to a traveler trying to make the most of sightseeing. Top service from staff.

Best bang for the buck! Clean Modern Simple. AC in the room! Super comfortable bedding and towels! Centrally located. 20 min walk to old town. We rented a scooter from the place across the street from the hotel to get around town faster. Morning breakfast was acceptable for 8€. Private underground parking across the round about for 18€ per day. The hotel validates the parking ticket. Also very convenient is the Carwash in the underground parking. We will definitely return to this hotel.

High quality for affordable price.

The people working in here super polite, helping, and fun. The rooms have good size and private bathrooms. Has wi-fi and the location is about 15 minutes walking to the main touristic area of Donostia.

I recommend it if you want a nice experience for an affordable price.

In addition, the room were super hot, considering the chill typical weather of the zone.

Beautiful, clean and cozy hotel in a good location. The staffs are friendly. It would have been much preferable if it had a bar or a relaxing spot at the hotel. But it is awesome and I recommend it.

20 mnts walking to town hall and beaches
... you can find supermarket and a dining restaurant around, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite ok. You can also use kettle and microwave all day. I stayed 5 nights and enjoyed my stay here. The only problem is: the balconies are locked, you can not use the balconies which is really unfortunate. Hope they change it in future. Price of the hotel ia reasonable too. I can recommend this hotel for large groups too..

Many speak English all going above and beyond. Very helpful with day planning. Dog friendly. I will usually prefer older classic hotels but for the $ and non stop customer service place was great!
