Absolutely great value for money! We slept in the 7th floor with a great view. Room and bathroom were spacious. Very friendly staff.

Good value for money. Nice staff. The room is more like 3 stars. Great choice especially for breakfast. Electric car charger for Tesla.

I stayed here during the summer, and the location was perfect. It's close to everything, easily accessible by public transport, and conveniently situated near bike stations and the river. Exploring the area was a breeze, and I had a fantastic time during my stay. Highly recommended for a memorable summer experience

Very good location. Underground parking with many parking spots way easier available than the public parking on streets.
Rather bit more business hotel but still good for families too. Great and friendly staff.
Bike and scooter rent on site.
Cafeteria with snacks and sandwiches.
Rooms could be bit better equipped. It was missing a kettle + tea and coffee set.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet was splendid.

The car park opposite accepts vehicles up to 2.7m high. Perfect for us. Great service, good bar and restaurant.

Came here for dinner and drinks with a couple other friends who were visiting with me. Great food, we ordered appetizers for the table and none disappointed, very breast but still great. Waiters were nice, spoke great English and put up with our broken Spanish

Really good hotel, rather far away from old center (20 minutes walk). Breakfast was superb. But really expensive! (around 250 euro's per night)

Fantastic four star hotel in a quiet local residential area, less than 30 mins walk along the river to the old town center and beach. 9 floors in total with a restaurant and piano bar at the ground floor and breakfast buffet at the 1 st floor. You are access to a computer and printer and the first floor too. Very kind staff and cleaners do the cleaning each morning around 12. They also provide laundry service and taxi service.

here for 2 nights as part of a tour group... room was ready on arrival...bags to room promptly... room has great parkland views... dinner was excellent as was the buffet breakfast... reception and bistro staff very friendly... most have good enough English

Great hotel really close to the center of San sebastian. Nice view to the river and Amara Plaza. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff. We had a great time there, would recommend it for sure!

The hotel's location was good, sadly we weren't able to walk around due to bad weather. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We also loved the buffet breakfast spread.

Great boutique hotel a short walk from downtown Donostia. They have a great bar with live music, and great drinks. Like all of spain, the wine is cheap, so I recommend just buying a bottle.

Dont know anything about the hotel but I stared the town as i heard it has one of the best food scenes in Spain. Most michelin star spots per capita.

Very good hotel, maybe not in the touristic part of the city, but a 15 minutes walk to is also good for health. Modern conference centre with very helpful staff.

We had a great stay in this hotel. We had a very nice views and the room was big and clean.
