Casual del JAZZ San Sebastian

A gem in the city. Wonderful, energetic clerks who are available 24 hours. Beautiful lounge downstairs. Full breakfast included. Really fun. Close to the river, shops , restaurants, taxi. 15 min walk to the beach. We highly recommend.

A great place to stay — quiet, affordable and delightfully within walking distance to everything! Located on the riverbank, the hotel is close to the city center, the beach, the intercity bus station and makes for wonderful riverside evening walks. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with universal-plug sockets which was very convenient. The staff was so polite and helpful. Having arrived late at night after a long journey from Canada, I already felt better with a nice and friendly checkin experience. The person at the reception offered a map of the city and happily showed me the must-visit places and how to get to them :) Overall, had the nicest stay and would definitely recommend!

We stayed overnight going to Spain and again on our return journey. A great place to stay. One strange rule, if you have a dog - you are not allowed to leave it in the room (perfectly acceptable) but you cannot it to breakfast. Apparently then the hotel make an exception you can leave your dog in the room. A suggestion for Casual del Jazz - dog owners can have breakfast on the tables outside of the restaurant. We had to leave the hotel without breakfast , two times.

We stayed here one night on our way to Malaga. Igor the receptionist was marvellous. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed was great. Very nice breakfast for the price. We will certainly come back

It was a very nice staying at this hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms, not forgetting the care they had for the pet we were traveling with. I do suggest the hotel to anyone coming to San Sebastian

A clean and inexpensive hotel to stay in, only a 20 minute walk to the beaches and old town. Excellent service, very friendly staff always willing to help. I would definitely go back there and recommend Casual del Jazx to anyone looking for accommodation.

Clean, Comfy, and cosy room with well thought out jazz theme, good value at 60 euros per night and easy walk into centre.

El hotel y las habitaciones muy nuevos y cuidados. Es fantástico que admitan a perros. Además tienen un parking que es conveniente reservar, pero merece la pena ya que aparcar en Donostia-San Sebastián es muy muy complicado. La ubicación es genial ya que en 20 minutos estarás en la playa de la Concha y en el centro y el paseo es muy bonito, podrás disfrutar callejeando de los bonitos edificios o del río. Repetiremos!

La ubicación es el único punto que le veo pega, ya que está un poco alejado de todo y junto a una carretera con bastante tráfico. Lo compensa un poco la amabilidad del personal y el excelente servicio, propio de un hotel de más categoría. Repetiremos si volvemos a San Sebastián

Super adresse pour un séjour sur San Sebastian. Hôtel proche du centre et un rapport qualité /prix imbattable. L’accueil est top facile d’accès un parking et les chiens accueillis avec coussins et gamelles dans la chambre. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
