Camping Lugo: Camping El Mesón

Really good campsite, very clean, friendly staff. Good location, we stopped for a night, near main road.
Good facility, I am recommending it.
They have cold drinks as well as the shop for all you need!

Great little campsite, lovely open spaces with majestic pine trees and good views. Super clean toilet and shower block. Small bar and the owners were extremely welcoming. Cheap too. Highly recommend.

What a lovely family-run campsite this is. It feels like an orchard, is open from mid-June to mid-September, is very good value for money and when we were there at the end of June there was plenty of space. You choose where to park. It is gently sloping but they will help you with blocks if you need them. There is a little playground for the kids, a bar, a shop and a bread van comes round daily. The toilet blocks are spotless with plenty of hot water and toilet paper and the electric and water points are plentiful too. The free wifi is excellent in the top half of the field. There is a road directly outside which makes access easy even for the larger motorhome or caravan but it isn’t used by a lot of traffic and it’s actually nice to see the occasional touring bikers riding by. El Meson is ideally situated to visit Lugo, A Coruna and Santiago and there are lovely cool walks nearby in Guitiriz. Antonio and Yolanda are the nicest owners we’ve met in the whole of Spain and they work non-stop cleaning, maintaining and checking people in and out. Thank you so much. This is a small site ideally placed to visit Galicia. The pitches are large and (some) shaded. The welcome is one of the warmest we've ever had and the toilets/showers are kept spotlessly clean. Need I say more, thank you to Carla and her family, we definitely recommend your campsite.

The perfect camp-site in the perfect place.
If you want to visit Lugo, Santiago de Compostela, La Coruña, The North Coast, etc, this campsite is the perfect place were to stay and you’ll feel as at home.
Toilets are always absolutely clean, big pitches, nice facilities and a really fine restaurant next to the camping with a really incredible low price menu.
If you like to walk, the perfect track along the river Parga, where you have a direct access from the site. I'm really sure you’ll fall in love with the area, the people and the campsite.
Of course, the weather in summer is absolutley stunning, no hot, no humid, not too much mosquitos... the perfect place in Spain where to stay in a hot summer.

Que decir de este pequeño camping, muy sencillo, acogedor y familiar, con una relación calidad precio increíble, y Antonio y Yolanda, que desde que entramos nos hicieron sentir como en casa, nos ayudaron a colocar la caravana, nos indicaron los sitios que visitar. gente increíble, una limpieza y una atención impresionante, repetiremos seguro

Un camping completamente rural ,pero tiene su encanto es pequeño pero acogedor. unos dueños súper amables y atentos nosotros íbamos para dos días y nos quedamos 8 tiene un acceso a la autovía a 300m y desde hay te recorres un montón de sitios preciosos, por ejemplo lugo,a Coruña, Santiago, todo en menos de una hora los puedes visitar. Y lo que más me gusto fue la limpieza de los baños, no eran modernos pero hacía tiempo que no veía en los camping unos baños tan limpios.enfin lo recomiendo 💯 por 💯. Si algún día vuelvo a subir por ayi volveré.

Un camping genial!! Se ha convertido en mi camping favorito. Es muy tranquilo, los baños están siempre limpísimos y está muy cerca de Guitiriz.
Los dueños sin muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho desde que llegamos. Tienen un barecito muy apañao donde dan desayunos y tienen algunos productos para comprar.
Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia un recuerdo tan bonito!!!

Hemos pasado 6 noches alojados en este camping con dos niños y dos perretes... Lo mejor, sin duda, es su ubicación, ya que te permite llegar en poco tiempo a muchos lugares diferentes: Lugo, Coruña, Betanzos, la costa, Ribadeo... Y por supuesto, la familia que lo regenta, que son maravillosos, atentos, cariñosos, serviciales... Sobre todo con nuestros pequeños! El precio es muy asequible y todo está súper limpio. No podíamos pedir más! Esperamos regresar!

Solemos reservar unos días en agosto para visitar el Festival de Pardiñas con familia y amiguetes y repetimos cada verano. Es muy pequeño, no tiene pisci y hay unos columpios PERO es super placentero quedarse allí. Acceso fácil, a pie de la N6 y a 5 min de Guitiriz. Árboles con grandes sombras, rodeados de naturaleza e instalaciones MUY LIMPIAS, esos baños están impecables, por no hablar de los propietarios, Yolanda, Antonio y todo el personal, que son un AMOR, encantadores de verdad.

Desde que fuimos la primera vez, nos hacen sentir como en casa, trato inmejorable e instalaciones impecables. Muy cerca hay unas rutas preciosas por el río. Si buscas paz y tranquilidad, este es el camping!!

Pasamos una noche con furgoneta. El personal es muy amable y el trato es agradable. Tienen un bar donde puedes comprar algunos productos básicos. Es un sitio pequeño y tranquilo, alejado de la masificación turística. Las instalaciones son correctas y todo está muy limpio. La ruta de las aguas es muy recomendable, el entorno del río es precioso. Calidad/precio perfecta. Nos llevamos un bonito recuerdo. Gracias.
