Kind service, the waiter doesn't speak English but she gave it her all to be helpful and show us what we can order 😊 definitely try Pan de berros and the sauce that they recommend with, it's amazing and comes warm. It seems the rest of the menu is their local food so if you are looking for authenticity, you will like this. They also sell juices made out of banana and cactus fruit, it's sweet and nice, would recommend

Great, friendly local place with good, homey vibes. Lady who tended to us didn't speak English but went above and beyond to explain everything to us and even treated us with candy and rum shots. Brunch for 5 really hungry people was about 65$ and we were really stuffed. Everything was delicious and made traditionally with their famous herb! Strongly recommended!!♥

Had a lovely lunch in El Rincon de Marcos - sat on the small terrace with the locals which was much livelier than other spots we saw! The waitress was very friendly and hospitable using google translate to explain and recommend dishes - the watercress croquettes and the courgette ceviche were delicious! Definitely try the watercress bread and aioli too. Very good value.

We were coming up from the barranco after a long walk but that is NOT the reason we liked the food here. Great raw materials made into intriguing and tasty dishes. Plus a lightning quick service. Thank you.

Hidden gem

The food was excellent local cuisine. We came with a group of 13, including young kids and were very impressed with the welcome and the service. Probably the best food we had eaten during our 2 week stay between Tenerife and Gran Canaria.

Delicious and very original, fresh and tasty dishes based on the local speciality: watercress! Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere - our host did everything to make us welcome. Very highly recommended.
