We had the pleasure of encountering exceptional hospitality from the owner. When unforeseen circumstances led to a last-minute change in our travel plans, they graciously allowed us to cancel our reservation without penalty, despite it being just one night before our scheduled stay.

Their understanding and flexibility eased our worries and left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, we could not experience the magics of this place. Definitely need to return and plan better next time.

The staff here are Amazing. You are 1.8 km from Camino and I was concerned but they told us they would pick us up at monastery and take us back in the morning. I requested to attend pilgrim mass at Monastery and they drove me and picked me up. The rooms are very nice and clean. The whole atmosphere is welcoming. The icing on the cake was the Stamp in my Camino passport...wax see pics. I highly recommend this place.

I’m leaving a review before I’ve even checked out because I love this place so much. This is the best place I have stayed on my Camino. The hosts were so warm and made me feel at home. They accommodated my dietary restrictions, drove me to and from the pilgrim mass, and did a load of laundry for me. I’m so grateful for their kindness and hope to make it back here again one day!

Easily one of my favorite stays at any place ever. So glad we stayed here. Clean, new, comfortable. But what really stood out was the service and food. We felt like family there and our only regret was that we weren't staying longer. The sisters we interacted with were delightful. The food was great. Their camino stamp was really cool too. One of the highlights of our camino.

Wonderful meals. Able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free. Great coffee. Quick pick up and also took us to the monastery for a pilgrim’s blessing. And gave us a special gift on leaving.

Exceptional place to stay on Espiritual part of Camino near Armenteira. The hosts are very welcoming. The property is located a little far from Armenteira monastery, but they suggested taking us from the monastery by car in the evening and dropping us back to it in the morning - all free of charge. There is an option for dinner as well, which is really nice.
This was definitely the best place we stayed in on Camino.

I wish we could’ve stayed here one more night! The perfect rest stop! glorious views, wonderful hosts! From being picked up in a vintage car to the special, vegan dinner and breakfast they prepared for me, everything was perfect. highly recommend!

Eva and her sister (and their respective family) are lovely hosts and manage this beautiful rural accommodation with a lot of care and energy.
My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights, the rooms are veeery clean, with all the necessary amenities and even a huge gallon of both cold and hot water at your disposal. The rooms are cozy and refurbished. Since it’s located at the top of a hill you get beautiful views of their well maintained garden and the surrounding area.
Our breakfast was included and it was delicious and rich, with Eva there offering advise and even extra coffee or food if you want some.
Eva’s sister husband (that welcomed us) were warm, super friendly and it felt very welcoming.
We believe it’s worth to mention that their accommodation is part of a female entrepreneurship program initiated by the government.

Fantastic.... . Owners and staff were fantastic. Brilliant service. Comfortable room and bed. One minor comment....sound proofing could be better as guests in adjoining room could be heard. But we really loved our stay and the kitties were an added bonus.

What a magical space this team has created! I was doing the spiritual route (variante espiritual) of the Camino de Santiago and booked last minute, so lucky for me someone else had cancelled and I stayed at their self contained suite which had all commodities. A spacious room which has 2 single beds that can work as a double bed, and a clever system of two bunk beds that fold onto the wall. This what the setup I had because I was staying alone, which meant I had extra space to do some yoga. They have everything you might need and kindly picked me up at the monastery for check-in. They also offered to drive me to the next day's walking route but I didn't accept.
The service is a dream, the kindness is commendable!

In Armenteira there are not a lot of places for the peregrine to stay. I found the place by chance, on Google maps, and I am glad I did. The owner came to pick me to the monastery and also drove me there later on on peregrin's blessing (which is really something🥰). The place is superbe-rooms with big bathroom is super nice, comfortable and super clean. Since the place is positioned away from the road, the place is quiet, only cicadas and crickets can be heard. Heaven. Breakfast has a variety of selection. Owners deserve 7⭐. Soooo friendly.

Super place. Nice, beautiful, clean. Attention to detail. Beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful in the nature. Generous breakfast was included. They had a dinner menu, I had octopus toast and a salad and it was super. And happy and nice hosts!

Ein zauberhafter Ort! Ana ist so fürsorglich, fleißig und hat uns mit einem köstlichen Essen verwöhnt, ein Kaffeelikörchen zum Schluss verteilt-ein Traum!

Excelente espacio y atención. Limpieza impecable

El lugar es bonito y muy tranquilo. El establecimiento está decorado con muy buen gusto, las personas que lo llevan son muy agradables y te facilitan mucho la estancia. Desayuno espectacular y muy pendientes a las intolerancias, no les faltó ni un detalle (queso sin lactosa, yogur sin lactosa, etc). Tiene aparcamiento. Las habitaciones tal y como habíamos leído no son muy grandes, pero para una o dos noches, es más que suficiente, para largas estancias si que se quedaría algo justita de espacio. Eso si, también destacar la limpieza de todas las instalaciones, súper limpio y muy cuidado. Lugar recomendable y para repetir. Muchas gracias por todo.

Espectacular, lugar precioso, habitación cómodas y limpias. Comida casera y del huerto. Lo mejor el trato amable y cariñoso de los dueños. Es un lugar para disfrutar de descanso y paz. No hay ningún pero, todo perfecto. Merece la pena atravesar España para probar. Deseando de volver. Muchas gracias por hacernos felices en nuestras vacaciones.

Precioso hotel en un lugar idílico, atendido con mimo y gusto. La comida riquísima y el trato familiar y exquisito. Si vienes te enamoras. A 2 km del monasterio de A Armenteira todo son facilidades y amabilidad. Su trabajo es su pasión y su vocación, agradar. Si estás por la zona no lo dudes

En los comentarios precedentes ya esta todo dicho. El trato EXCELENTE. el lugar PRECIOSO y de las habitaciones, ESTUPENDAS, y todo muy limpio y cuidado al más mínimo detalle. Establecimiento llevado por dos hermanas que son dos profesionales, muy agradables y volcadas ha hacerte la vida mucho mas feliz. Cuando volvamos por la zona intentaramos volver ...

Si haces el camino espiritual te recogen en el monasterio Armenteira y después te llevan para que puedas continuar tu camino.
El trato fue especial .

Excelente hotel rural muy coqueto y con excelente entorno y decoración. Exquisita atención. Comida estupenda e información para el Camino y para hacer actividades. Muy cerca del monasterio de Armenteira de la ruta de ls piedras y agua, que es preciosa.

Superó nuestras expectativas totalmente. Íbamos haciendo el camino de Santiago en familia con nuestras hijas.
Nos alojamos en una cabaña independiente para los cuatro, decorada con gusto exquisito y con todas las comodidades.
Los dueños son encantadores y muy atentos.
Carlos nos puso una cena deliciosa y el desayuno nos dio fuerzas para comenzar nuestra siguiente etapa.
A Ana le pareció todo poco para que nos sintiéramos como en casa.
Uno de los momentos para recordar en nuestro camino y recomendable 100%
