Fabulous a must try when in Galicia area in Spain . Amazing degustation and exceptional when you pair it with wines. Pepe should be proud that all his wait staff and sommelier was on point. Well done truly an experience.

This is not your usual Michelin star restaurant, this is a culinary experience. Not just because the 9 course tasting menu give you a breath of flavours and textures that will make your palate tremble and your mind and add soul happy.
But the clear passion trasmissione from the chef and staff.
We did start our meal in the amazing kitchen, making some of the canapés guided by the chef. Meat bark, fake olives...
The dishes on the table one more inspiring then 6 the other. All served and explained by the chef proprietary .... His passion for anything restaurant is clear as he did most of our 9 bottles wine service... The cheese trolley if you are a lover is complete and explained at the side table.

I’ve been here having really one of the best experience ever, the food was really incredible we had a wine pairing and larger menu. It was really excellent and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Incredible clash of tradition and innovation, worth every penny. All the staff and the Chef himself are extremely welcoming. They have an absolutely complete wine selection. We only ordered the "viaxando" tasting menu so I can't really vouch for the carte, but I was a meal to remember forever.

An outstanding culinary experience that takes you on a journey through Galicia and all the amazing produce in it. As expected of a Michelin starred restaurant the service, location, atmosphere, and (most importantly) food are top-notch.

I came to Casa Solla as a pre tasting for my wedding in August. The staff were ridiculously attentive and welcoming to our group. After being seated in full sight of the open kitchen, pepe himself came out to introduce himself and welcome us. As the only non spanish speaker in the group he translated everything for me which was brilliant.

The food was absolutely outstanding! From the small apperotivo tasters through to the main courses- each with a distinctively galician taste thanks to the amazing ingredients used.

Stand out dishes were an amazing scallop and corn soup dish and a tender, succulent fillet of galician beef. If only I could transport Casa Solla to the United Kingdom! I would be there every week!

Genial!!!! 🌟

Estuvimos el 12 de octubre y nos encantó. Cogimos el menú largo y no nos arrepentimos, ya que disfrutamos muchísimo. La comida sorprendente, y el servicio maravilloso. Es la primera vez que encuentro que en un restaurante se fijan que soy zurda y me ponen el servicio atendiendo a esta circunstancia, muchas gracias por ello Estrella. Tomamos varias copas de vino y nos encantó la selección que nos hizo Gabriel, ya que nos sirvió referencias muy singulares que nos sorprendieron y sin dejarnos maltrecho el bolsillo. La estupenda comida y el servicio de unos grandes profesionales hicieron que pasáramos una estupenda velada de aniversario.

Espectacular, muchísimos sabores y una temática muy buena. Me encantó la introducción y las temáticas. Por poner pegas, me parece que la montaña, al ser un solo plato, o bien lo deberían quitar o bien meter algo más de montaña porque el paseo se hace corto. En especial me gustó la atención del propio Pepe, muy preocupado porque estuviésemos bien atendidos y disfrutando la experiencia al máximo. La atención y sugerencias para pedir las copas de vino también fue excelente.
