Son muy amables y tienen una atención muy buena.

De camino al embarque puedes encontrar un poco de todo, algunos precios mejores que otros, pero siempre terminamos comprando algo.

Lo más recomendable son los productos Canarios ya que puedes llevarlos con tranquilidad de que no se te rompa nada en tu bolsa de mano,recuerdos, colonias, bombones, tabacos, bebidas típicas y otras que puedan gustarte.
Es un buen momento para hacer una pequeña parada.

Zum einen gibt es hier natürlich haufenweise die überteuerten Produkte die kein Mensch zum Abflug braucht. Daneben gibt es auch eine Ecke mit lokalen Produkten der Canaren und eine gute Auswahl an Last-Minute-Souvenirs.

Tolle Auswahl, jedoch sind die meisten Produkte überteuert. Wer auf der Insel kauft bekommt mehr fürs Geld! Hier wird Duty Free nicht wirklich gut umgesetzt!

La bebida al mismo precio que en la península no merece la pena comprar aquí

Terrible customer service!! I was travelling yesterday from Las Palmas airport and I decided to try some of the perfumes in Jo Malone. I used 5 blotting papers and there were two more on the counter left from another guest. There was a woman in her 50s (brunette) standing a meter away in front of Tom ford stand just observing what everyone was doing. Regardless the fact that I wasn’t asked for help.. when I finished trying some of the perfumes I left the papers on the counter with the rest that there were there prior me( my mistake!) as I didn’t see the bin behind me. And as I was leaving she started shouting at me and proceeded to point out the bin to me an a very rude manner and without even saying anything. She probably thought I’m a child or something but I’m not and I do not appreciate such a behaviour. I’ve been working as a beautician in counters in big malls and I’ve never treated any of my customers like this! At the end of the day it wasn’t a big deal and she wasn’t even doing anything rather just standing there

Beware that Duty free is almost double price for cosmetics compared to UK - even with their 15% discount- shame but just realised when back, Clarins assistant insisted that it a much better price, but same products over there was 72eu and it's 52eu from JohnLewis UK 🤦‍♀

Big roubery. You buy macaronesia gin in the city for 17 euros. Here cost 25. And so on for other things.

Why are you telling that you are open till 10:00pm everyday?! It’s sunday evening, 8:43pm and you are closed!. ”Thank you” very much, now we came too early to the airport👍😔

Useless….. 18:30 and both shops closed for stocktaking….. Do your housekeeping when the store closes at 10 o’clock

Abzocke und unverschämtes Personal! Unfähig genügend Kassen zu öffnen, lange Schlangen, dann noch unfreundlich werden, wenn man an die nächste sich öffnende Kasse geht und nicht alle andern vorlässt. Geistig zurück gebliebenes Personal ! Danke aber ich kaufe dort nichts, Keinen Cent gebe ich dort aus! Saftladen !
