El Cafè

The pinchos were so delicious! It was our first time having them and they were definitely one of our highlights of our time in Spain. It was really cool to try all of these different combinations. If only we were living there we would have gone here everyday!

On our 5th night in Girona we finally stumbled on what may well be the best Pintxos bar in town. Madge and Booth loved the food and drink. Had our first 2024 tender asparagus. Tried several of the offerings, all excellent. Stuck to vermouth and also very good.

Nice and cosy place just in the center of the old town. Not bad for a short break during sightseeing. Tasty tapas and really good cava.

Lovely authentic Spanish tapas bar. Excellent food and lovely staff. Beautiful Tortilla. Pardon Peppers are delicious. The various skewers are also delicious. Accompanied by lovely wines.
The space is small but it's well worth the wait to get a seat here.

Excellent place to stop for pintxos and drinks at a great price. Loved the selection of foods, and definitely don’t sleep on the bravas or the sidra.

Visited this bar three times during our 2-day stay in Girona, because we were such fans of the place! It's a great bar for enjoying tasty tapas and drinks. The relaxed and authentic atmosphere, reasonably priced delicious pinchos that change daily, make it a must-visit!

Truly fantastic experience. Just spent 2 nights in Barcelona and 2 nights in Girona and would come back to Girona simply for another evening like tonight. Amazing food, super lovely service, brilliant atmosphere. My most favourite evening of our 4 night holiday. Thank you so much x x

Great little bar with a small staff one cooking one doing the bar. Food was fresh and really tasty. Beer and wine ere excellent and amazing value.

Got it all, the food, the atmosphere and good service. Just a great place, worth a visit!

So good I came back the next day. Here’s why:
1. If you don’t like to eat dinner “a la hora española” of 8pm or later, this place is your life saver. They’ll feed you even at 6pm which I love ❤ thank you!
2. I like the concept of pintxos because I can see the food before I choose, and I can pick one at a time avoiding getting too full.
3. Generally love the laid back vibe of the place. It’s quiet and calm. You can talk and hear each other.

Lovely place for a quick pintxo and some great wines. Lovely staff. Will be back.

Small, friendly, tapas bar in central Girona with very good and tasty tapas.
Not a lot of seating but worth waiting for.

Excellent pinchos, not so expensive prices and great environment. Definitively a good place to go to have some drinks and have a good time. I was nicely surprised.

This is a great friendly little cafe not far from from the main tourist strip but far enough. Everyone feels welcome. The wines are excellent even though the selection is small they have been carefully chosen. Tapas is available and the two we choose were exceptionally good. I hope you enjoy this lovely little hideaway as much as we did.

Great little tapas bar in the old town area. We enjoyed a large bottle of cider and several of the tapas. The special potatoes bravas and massive pile of pedron peppers were really good. They are know for delicious anchovy pintxos and serve 4 types of homemade croquettes, all of which were really tasty. We didn't try the vermouth on tap. Come a little on the early side or expect to wait for a table. Great food at very reasonable prices. English and Spanish translation of the menu is available via scanned icon.

Great place to eat anything anytime, good drinks, cool staff, great music. Just good overall. I come here regularly and it never lets me down.
