We bought our Christmas tree this year from the Murcia branch and they have lovely collections. We don’t speak Spanish yet but the staffs were really helpful. Great costumer service.

Impressed, you feel like in the UK you find almost all brands of clothes and shoes and not only,, very nice will recommend ..

Now if you want to go shopping, this department store offers a large selection goods and services together with excellent service

I love this mall. Anything you need for your home and it feels luxurious only being there. Good choice in wine and they sell the new Nespresso vertuo capsules. You can even try them in the boutique on P0. Ideal combination of parking, luxury shopping, practical shops and grocery shopping.

It is a huge shopping mall on 5 stories.
You can spend a whole day if you want to.
Offer a lot of different brands- from cheaper to more expensive depending on how much money you want to spend inside.
They also have a parking and lower floors- placea to drink a coffe and eat( I think)

Purchased a dining table, chairs and covers for our patio at the Cartagena store. The service provided by Loli was exceptional despite our limited knowledge of each others language. For the more detailed information we resorted to Google translate but most of the exchange was completed with smiles and professionalism. Looking forward to the FREE delivery on Monday (4 day delivery service for items held in stock, limited to Mondays and Thursdays). Great store, quality products, fabulous, friendly, professional staff. 😁

Excellent quality and lovely shopping environment. However, the presumably restaurant manager (male) on the top floor, leaves a lot to be desired. Very rude, unwelcoming and ignorant, with basically no manners whatsoever. Its a pity because the restaurant staff are always very polite, efficient and helpful, along with the store staff.

Massive department store in the middle of Cartagena.

A fantastic store selling most things. Beautifully clean and tidy, helpful staff, good parking and excellent coffee shop or restaurant. Not sure about the prices but assume probably more than what could be on line say.

Great store over five floors. A Spanish "John Lewis". Ordered a truckle bed to take up less space on spare room.

I wanted an outfit for a special celebration. The young lady who served me made me feel like she was my personal shopper. She made it a wonderful experience. I can't remember exactly but I think her name was Loli.

Very good big department store. And very quiet on Sunday afternoon. More assistants than customers! Made me feel quite at home!

Massive store as usual and found everything I wanted, I recon you pay a premium to shop in these stores but at least usually your guaranteed to find what you want under one roof, as I don’t live in Cartagena I made the mistake of parking some distance from the store don’t do that it has a massive carpark in the store. The surprise we found is that the main shopping centre is outside the city one exit back towards Alicante, we assumed incorrectly that the main centre would be near El Courte Inglés.

As you would expect a first class service with a wealth of goodies on offer. Seems a better layout than last couple of Years, most enjoyable experience.

Very similar to a John Lewis store, really does have everything! Including a restaurant, just a snack had. Toilets on every floor,underground parking and a supermarket in the basement.

Even been to Galleria Inno? Well, there’s a one that tops that for sure! All brands, all price ranges, from jewellery, clothing, books, hifi & media, children’s department, teenagers department, men and woman’s all they desire. Topped with a home decoration on the top floor together with a cafetaria to catch your breath after what you’ve seen. Good sized parking, some lots a little more difficult to park with a large car. ANIMAL FRIENDLY AND WELCOMED!!

Great to get back to a department store with real people, not clicking a button to initialise an online purchase which may get returned

Lots of floors here, cafe on the top floor, lovely coffee. Parked up in the street across the road. Not many people in though.
