El Rubio 360º @ Lo Pagan / San Pedro

Anniversary Meal tonight, not low budget, pricier than many places but wow! Without a doubt worth every cent!

Amazing view over the Mar Menor, Various seating options and a bar only outdoor area.

Began the evening with water and cocktail, cocktails are excellent, I had Mai Tai and Rex went for a glass of white wine. Both delicious. Sitting at the outside bar area a lovely breeze cooling is off from the hot day and cold drinks, perfect.

We then moved inside to a sea view air conditioned seat.

The restaurant was busy for 1930, people arriving all the time. Service was great and food came out in an acceptable time.

Starters were octopus, artichokes, and white tuna belly salad, we shared them all, the octopus was just lovely. Tender melt in the mouth, and the other two were just as fresh and tasty!

For mains Rex took the Turbot and I the Canarian Lobster rather than the much more expensive Gallician Lobster. my lobster is probably the biggest best and freshest I've had so far in Spain. It was sweet, soft and delicious. Served with many handout fries and tomatoes and peppers, cooked on the grill. It was really lip smacking good. Rex had Turbot which he said was also delicious and the best he's had. I didn't try it because I was under no circumstances about to share my lobster.

With the meal a few glasses of house red and white and a large bottle of water.

Finished off with a coffee back on the bar terrace. Perfect evening of food and drink. For us a place for a special occasion, or a a little treat. Not an everyday restaurant for most people I would assume.

No room for dessert at all, such a shame but we were both so full after starters and main there just wasn't room at all for anything else.

This was the second time having dinner in El Rubio and both times were fantastic. The great setting and views over the sea are matched by the high quality of their seafood. All dishes were delicious: We’ll definitely return when we’re back out here.

I went for my mums birthday last week and back again today both times without reservation and although it was extremely busy, the lady on front of house (I think her name was pili) found us a table and accommodated us. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. We will be back

netpoint.systems recommends this place but with one remark ,the restaurant has a staff shortage you have to wait very long time for the dishes also for the bill apart from that have no comments. Amazing view and very tasty.

Fantastic seafood restaurant and our favourite in San Pedro. There are inside and outside seating options; we prefer to sit in the terrace area. Service is usually fantastic and the food incredible. Last time we visited we had grilled oysters which were delicious, and we usually have a local fish dish which is always full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Great wine list, cocktails available, stunning views and a lovely ambience. We visit every time we are in the area.

The food was great and filled with flavor, the only thing was that they was a bit under staffed.

The view was also totally amazing, you get a amazing view of the sea!

Very nicely located with great views on the Mar Menor (hence the 360). Kitchen and service live up to the location. Great selection of seafood as well as meat.

Beautiful bar and restaurant in Lo Pagan. Situated above the gym and sailing club it is in a prime spot overlooking Playa Puntica and the Mar Menor. Little more expensive than most places, but views and ambience are worth it.

We are vegan, we have been going here over the years and each time they surprise us with newer and better vegan options! If you are vegan, we recommend letting them know in advance, so that they can prepare some ingredients.

The aubergine and vegan-feta cannelloni are amazing!

Exceptional food and service despite the fact that the restaurant is often extremely busy. Staff are excellent and add to the dining pleasure. Fantastic views, especially if you can enjoy a sunset. Beautiful.
