Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

In our opinion, a fantastic hotel and spa. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Strict adherence to applicable Covid protocols at all times. Food was varied and delicious. Restaurant was well set out and comfortable. Room, spacious and clean. Spa session (included in the booking price) was great and welcome in the heat. Outdoor pool area, clean and well managed. Plenty of local parking if you didn't want to park in the hotel itself.
Nearby attractions easily accessible on foot, parking at the coast can be a problem at busy times/weekends/Spanish holidays, etc
Couldn't find fault with anything here, only problem was, we wish we could have stayed longer.
If the opportunity arises, would happily return.

A lovely visit to this hotel which offers a superb hotel experience. Rooms are of a good size and well equipped with comfortable beds, bathroom facilities and balcony area. Buffet breakfast offers a varied choice to suit all tastes. Marine pools affords you a calming and relaxing experience. Excellent customer service throughout with attentive staff at each and every interaction.

Hotel is very big with interesting building architecture and atrium with palm and bananas trees.
We had a view to this atrium from our room, which was pleasant.
The hotel has a outdoor pool and offers different kind of massages.

SPA is nice and big. Busy, but enough for many ppl at the same time. Buffet was rich with a good selection of starters, wine, etc, but as we arrived like 30 minutes later than 14.00 (buffet started at 2pm) there was so many things left... Local ppl definitely know when need to leave the SPA 😄😄 but staff was polite and kind, they asked if we need anything else and got it later. Definitely going back.

Great heated salt water pool. Large rooms. Decent dining experience.

Lovely night away using a Spanish equivalent of Groupon which included a bottle of sparkling wine left on ice when we entered! The spa access was amazing despite covid making some of the things a little different from normal! We had two amazing cocktails in the outside bar and were served promptly and even had a little treat of harribos to go with the drinks! We had the evening buffet which was ok however for €15 with unlimited wine it was really good value even if you didn't like any of the food!!!! The breakfast was similar with a it being ok, normal hot bacon, egg, sausage and cold cheese and hams. Cereals and fruit juice too! Decent enough! We also treated ourselves to a mud massage which was excellent value at €29 euros. Some of the surroundings need a bit of a refresh but we could look past the small things for what was a lovely couple of days!

The rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The atmosphere was elegant as well as friendly. We could also enjoy the free spa -which was quite good

I used their SPA facilities and liked them a lot. Especially recommended in winter when you don't swim outside.

I didn't stay in the hotel (living close) but friends and relatives who did were quite happy.

The area around the hotel is great for walking and running (towards San Pedro del Pinatar and then along Mar Menor).

Regarding previous comments about the salinas (the salt lakes nearby). This is one of the main reasons you want to stay here! The humid microclimate and the air saturated with sea salt.

Planning to visit again in the near future.

Very nice hotel. The therapies could have been cheaper, but the spa area, rooftop sunbathing, all the different swimming pools really was worth it. Great drinks as well

Fantastic hotel, clean and luxurious. The spa is highly recommended and can’t wait to go back . We went for our wedding anniversary and they made the whole experience amazing

Very nice hotel, rooms clean tidy and very well equipped, largest superking bed I've ever slept in. Hotel seems to be more suited to folk who want a nice quiet relaxing holiday or spa break, really not equipped for kids, which suited us.

Great room, beautiful breakfast and helpful staff, spa is lovely and well maintained. Only complaint is TV reception, but not a major issue at all.

I have only been to the spa so that is the only thing I can rate but it was a great experience, we bought the almond oil massage, I highly recommend it and I will repeat it.

I personally didn’t stay here but my bf did and he is having a really good time working and staying there. Really good hotel for football teams and for a work trip

Visit the spa regularly, a little tired but lovely, so relaxing, the spa pool all day and buffet lunch for just 32€, relax outside by the pool afterwards, beautiful.
