Riosol Hotel - Riversun Touristic

Just got back from staying at the Riosol hotel and it was fabulous. Hotel is amazing, staff are lovely, finding the room was really easy. The local area was also lovely and spent most nights at bullerbar. Walking down the cliff steps was refreshing but walking back up was hard work but i enjoyed the challenge, i definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful Hotel, near all the shops. Pubs, restaurants, taxi service (very reasonable and quick service). The lift does take getting use too. Plenty of exercise if U wish it. The hotel has crazy golf, tennis, play areas, big beautiful swimming pool. Staff very helpful, well worth a visit.

It was an amazing trip! Breakfast was 5/5 and the pool was stunning. I have nothing but positive things to say about Riosol, but it was one thing that made the stay even better. Kevin the server! What a great and humble man! His contagious smile and humorous responses were very charming and he became the best highlight of my days. Gracias Kevin<3

Lovely place, we are still here till Saturday and i have to say before we came here i was worried about the weather, then i read all the reviews and a lot of them were bad reviews and it was putting me off coming here but i really dont know what everyone do be complaining about, apartment is lovely, cleaned every day, pool is lovely too, views are great, staff are lovely and friendly, what more would you want, if someone pays for a 3 star hotel, thats pretty much what you will get!! If you want a 5 star then you have to pay for one... but we are enjoying it anyway. If you are going in January bring a light jacket for evening, sorry for long post..

From my apartment I could see the entire island and the ocean.

Riosol hotel is by far one of the best all inclusive hotels we have ever visited. Everything that someone needed was included and the quality was excellent. All meals were outstanding and there was always live cooking. There were no restrictions in quantities or hidden extras. We were warmly welcomed by Daniel and he explained everything to us. His kindness was remarkable. All staff members were very friendly and open to every need that we had. The quality of drinks and animation was also excellent. Our room had breathtaking seaview and I bet that we paid the best price on the island. Thank you all guys for making our holidays so special : Massimo, Santana, Daniel, short red hair breakfast girl, Island of stars girl and all the f&B staff. We would love to meet you again!

After reading the reviews I was dreading coming here. But I have Injoyed everything here the drinks are great food is excellent and the staff are lovely I'm all inclusive and it is great value for money very clean hotel. Don't worry about people's reviews cause I will definitely be coming back. Its in a great location near bars and supermarkets plenty going g on In the nights

Genuinely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Puerto Rico. Rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly, with the most amazing views. Breakfast was nice, sausage a bit unusual (still-nice) but only because we're used to the good old Cumberland at home lol. Drinks choice was excellent, cocktails are 2 for 1 at selected times Staff are all lovely especially at reception! Can't wait to return in October xx

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for the week, the staff were amazing and brilliant with kids. The hotel itself is beautiful, the view is brilliant, the rooms were 50/50, it was nice enough and the room cleaning was perfect but the fan given could do with an update and the shower did have slight moulding.

Overall the Riosol was perfect and I would stay again

Everything was fantastic. Had a 1 bedroom superior apartment. 2 adults and 2 teens with autism. Place was beautifully clean. Rooms fresh and we had air-conditioning. Towels and bedding changed every other day but you could also get extra. Was an onsite laundry room fpr 3euro. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff very good. Definitely will be back

A lot of people wrote bad reviews on this aparthotel. Me and my boyfriend went here and we had a great time. The view is super pretty. If u want a all inclusive super chique place to stay, isn’t this the right place. But its perfect for ur budget and the rooms are nice. We didn’t saw any cockroaches or ants, like everyone says. The place is right on top of a mountain. You have to get a taxi everytime you want to go anywhere. Like bustation or beach. A taxi to get to the bustation is around 4 euro. There is a mall and minigolf right next to the hotel. We overall had a great time and the staff is also super nice and happy to help!

Nice and good hotel, with a marvelous view.
The staff is nice and friendly, the swimming pool is great.
The rooms can be better, but that s not my priority because i only use it for sleep.
Lots of steps, but that s because its build against a mountain.
Nearby enough places to eat, drink or shopping.

You have to be super fit to stay at this hotels the stairs getting to the hotel and the walking uphill!! View from balcony overlooking the sea and other hotels is stunning. Better to be driving so you can view the whole island.

We had all inclusive.
The food was perfect, lots of choices, fresh and plenty.
The view is amazing!
The staff is friendly and polite.
We had a great time there.
The only thing I could suggest, there were some little details in the hotel where could be some touch ups, but over all everything was perfect. I can suggest definitely 🙂

Really enjoyed my stay.
Rooms and hotel in general Very clean and tidy.
Was half board but only ate breakfast here so not sure what the dinners were like. There is an all inclusive option too !
Any help or advice Shana ( hope that’s the correct 😊 ) was there to help .
Also went out of slightly out of season ( beginning of February).
Will go back at some point too.
Also had a massage which was very nice done by Brenda 😊.

Lovely place just a bit hilly to get to your rooms but expected in gran canaria

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, first of all the staff are lovely and friendly and extremely helpful, the pools always clean, foods cooked to perfection and a good variety and the v.i.p was gorgeous. Generally going to miss the staff ! But will definatly be returning next year.

Loved the hotel. But quite alot of stairs as hubby wasn't keen on the lift. But that was our problem
