Camping Bierzo

We really enjoyed our night here; lovely rural setting, flat pitches with EHU, excellent WCs, showers and washing up facilities.
The site has a good feel to it and we were made very welcome by helpful friendly staff.
The pitches aren't marked out, so you can just choose your own spot.
It's cash only, they don't take card payments.
Some people have commented on the last part of the approach road being rough - it is, but nowhere near as bad as the average UK road these days.

This site is amazing. No kitchen, but the food is so cheap and is great, the river access they have is charming, and the whole place and surroundings is something out of a fairytale. The stuff is so friendly and nice, pleasure…

Campsite is fine, despite some negative reviews. Friendly owners, clean toilets and showers, lots of big trees, so opportunities for shade and there's a bar/restaurant with a pool table, a terrace, a menu and bread in de morning. Places are free to pick on a large field. We were also very happy with the non dog policy, which meant no barking at night.

Very peaceful campsite with plenty of space. The bathrooms were always spotlessly clean. The staff were always friendly.

Great campsite no dog's allowed lovely and peaceful, Staff are nice and friendly, There is a bar and a restaurant very reasonably priced it's a good location we would definitely recommend if you want a nice peaceful campsite with no barking dog's.

+6th star for NO dogs! Facilities are old but they work and are clean. So a good base for Las Médulas, Bierzo and Ponferrada. Good value for money.

Very nice, big camping with clean facilities and a beautiful little beach on a river. Lots of shade, space, and great location for the region.

It's a family run camping, lovely owners, and there's a restaurant too which does good breakfast and coffee.

Outdated but that really doesn't matter. Extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. Really friendly and helpful staff. No WiFi and cash only.

Great place for tents and caravans to stop over with super friendly staff, excess to the river and a pool table. The restaurant offers simple but home made food. No dogs allowed on site.

Great facilities and very friendly people

Wat een rust! Alles wat je nodig hebt is hier: warme douches en het sanitair is schoon. Je mag een plekje op het veld uitzoeken waar je maar wilt. We stonden er eind mei en stonden heel “vrij” doordat het rustig was. Als je geen stroom gebruikt heb je nog meer “keuze vrijheid”. Vriendelijk ontvangst, let op: wel alleen contant betalen!

Camping mit schöner Rasenfläche unter Bäumen in Flußnähe, sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen mit heißem Wasser in Duschen und beim Abwasch, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Womos: bei Regen Grippematte unter die Reifen legen oder auf einer der Flächen mit hartem Untergrund parken.

Camping muy agradable, todo de hierba y con mucha sombra, los baños grandes y muy limpios. Hay restaurante aunque no estaba abierto, imagino que en temporada alta si estará.

Camping muy tranquilo y bien equipado. La dueña un encanto. Tenía pensado estar dos días y por las lluvias ( iba en tienda) me tuve que marchar antes por lo que solo me cobró un día aunque salí más tarde para que se me secara la tienda. El camping tiene muchos árboles y un río muy bonito al lado. Volveré

Camping muy agradable, con cesped en muy buenas condiciones y mucha sombra.
Acceso directo al río con pequeña playa fluvial. Perfecto para refrescarse.
El personal amable y agradable. Los baños y fregaderas siempre limpios, con papel, jabón y agua caliente.
Muy tranquilo y con silencio total por la noche. Recomendable si buscas relajarte.
No hay supermercado, aunque venden pan en el bar.Solo se puede pagar en efectivo y las tomas de luz se limitan a solo una zona.

Mooi veld om caravan te plaatsen. Ruimte genoeg. 7 ampère stroom. Sanitair geweldig, douches ruim met draaiknoppen en heerlijk warm water. Absoluut een groot pluspunt.
Verder achteraan op de camping stroomt de Rio Cua, klein zandstrand erbij. Wij zijn dik tevreden.

Super gepflegter Campingplatz mit viel Platz und sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Der Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Fluss im hinteren Bereich und Spielplatz sind super für Kinder. Waschmaschinenservice war gut und zu fairen Preisen. Auch die Campinggebühren sind fair

Para nosotros fenomenal! Puedes escoger dónde ponerte, sin limitación de espacio. Lleno de árboles que dan sombra todo el día, una explanada enorme para que jueguen los peques, un río para remojarte…, , todo con hierba…y muchísima calma por la noche para poder descansar de verdad. Fuimos para unos días y hemos alargado de lo bien que hemos estado! Sin duda para repetir ❤

Camping perfecto si lo que buscas es descanso y naturaleza, el río, al no tener piscina, es un gran alivio para el calor, aguas muy limpias. El camping en si no tiene ningún lujo, pero tampoco le hace falta, tiene lo necesario y en buenas condiciones. Es totalmente familiar, y son todos un encanto. Totalmente recomendable. A fecha 27 de Junio estamos prácticamente solos y esa tranquilidad se agradece. Ah, y buen precio. Del restaurante no sabemos porque lo abren el 1 de julio, pero tiene muy buena pinta, además de estar hecho todo por el padre, al igual que todo el camping
