Restaurante Aita Mari

Last minute booking, arrived early and were shown to our table by chef/owner until it was time to start cooking. All food cooked to perfection (some people wouldn't like the monkfish being served roasted whole). Great dining experience with a view over the bay.

The pintxos were really good but they're quite badly understaffed at the bar. I know having to wait and hustle for your turn to order is normal here but it's just that much harder at this place. The staff is great but they're just short-handed. I would still recommend the place, but do temper your expectations on service.

Excellent lunch menu, the chef in charge is truly talented and I am not sure if he is the maitre D or the owner but there is one man there who absolutely is amazing, treats every diner so well and is so helpful though his English is limited so knowing Spanish really helps.

The food is excellent considering the set lunch menu is only 25 euro per person it’s amazing value for money.

Only thing is it’s not a big restaurant so you must call ahead of time or book a few days in advance to eat, as it’s very difficult for them to squeeze you in if not.

In all an awesome restaurant you must visit. It’s not a Michelin star but it certainly deserves one

A really great atmosphere with amazing food (especially the goats cheese salad).

The photos show the monk fish and cod mains which were incredible.

We had a dinner menu in this cozy traditional restaurant. It is located in a beautiful old buildin in the lagoon side of the old town. The service was very friendly. The menu was good, although my entrecote was more like medium rare than a medium.The house wine of the menu was ok. Pricing was mid-range. We could come again but it is better to come hungry😊

Wow! A lovely selection of pintos and wine. Right next to the water so the breeze is nice!

Wow! What a place. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent, with great seafood and meat options. Desserts to die for, and the owner is incredibly friendly.

Just be aware they only open the upstairs restaurant at 9pm, until then it’s pintxos on the ground floor. Would suggest booking in advance as there isn’t tonnes of space.

Hands down THE best tortillas in San Seb.

Very good dinner. Limited menu, but the food was quite good. Mushroom risotto, followed by the bacalao. Cheesecake dessert was larger than I anticipated. Nicely made.

Located near the beach, the harbor and the old town, it's in the heart of everything.

Avarage coffee, but really helpful staff and great location. Recommend to stay outside.
