Niza Hotela

Incredible location, clean rooms and lovely staff. Best value in San Sebastián, not too pricey. Right by the beach and a short walk to everything. Old school elevator was super cool! Would definitely return when I’m back.

We have been staying at the Niza since 2012. The basics are still there, but changes due to high occupancy and a new administration are patent. Some of those changes are not so great.
All in all, we will still come back to the Niza. The staff are fantastic, the location impossible to beat and we trust the “can do” attitude will be maintained in the future.

The staff was lovely and excellent. They really helped me out in different occasions.
The location is perfect by the beach and near the centre and the old town.
I was lucky to get a room overlooking the gorgeous Bay of San Sebastian and smelling its suave and invigorating ocean smell.

Great location right next to the beach, a short distance to the old town. The hotel has a nice old elevator, but it is so slow that you prefer to walk into the room. Friendly staff and good and fast service.

Absolutely perfect location, sleeping with the sound of the waves is amazing. Great room, clean, staff is very polite and nice. Food at the restaurant is good. If I had only one comment for improvement, modernize the elevator, we actually went up to the fifth floor on foot with the baby and stroller because there were 6 couples with the luggage waiting to take the ancient slow elevator.

San Sebastian and the Hotel Ziza both exceeded expectations

The location is superb: one of the best beach side locations in the world. Fantastic views overlooking the famous Concha beach.

Both the shopping centre and the Old Town are a short stroll along the sea front.

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - even had BACON!!!

Meals in the restaurant very also very good. Quirky elevator!!!

Parking in the underground car park a bit tight if you have a large car.

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be a bonus. Our stay was too short!!!

Top tip: if arriving by car, park opposite, run inside and grab a car park token from reception.

We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Location – right on the the beach of San Sebastian! Lovely lobby, comfortable room and wonderful customer service. Restaurant with ocean view. Close to Old Town and all those great restaurants! No car needed – bus lines one block away. Great Value!! Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Niza -- please don't ever change. The location and accommodations were great. Views out to the bay are unmatched from north facing rooms. The staff repeatedly went out of their way to make our stay better. We'll be back!

Great accommodation. Room had a balcony and plenty of space. The hotel is right by the beach. Although the elevator and stairs in the hotel were dated, the hotel was nice.

Stayed here in May 2019. The hotel was beautiful. Restaurant excellent & staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.
