Camping Puerta de Los Montes Obarenes

Amazing place for the night, low prices, clean toilets and showers, free wifi. Stayed for one night, 6 people, two cars and one tent (we were sleeping in all of them), paid 36 euros! There is a swimming pool and amazing bar with good deals. 100% recommend!

Wonderful campsite. A well-planned village initiative combining a sports centre, swimming pools and a campsite with lovely flat pitches. Great facilities and a lively bar run by an inventive country & western aficionado. Great music.

Quiet, peaceful campsite, with clean showers and toilets. The food was excellent and great value. The bar was busy with a very good atmosphere. Ricardo is an exceptional host.

If rating TEN STARS would be possible, I would certainly have given them for this little camping and especially for mister Ricardo (manager). His kindness and helpfulness are outstanding! I am very glad I came across this camping and mister Ricardo while walking one of the Caminos in this beautiful part of Spain. So yes, I definitely recommend this camping to all tourists (and pilgrims). Thanks Ricardo for being such a nice person! GRACIAS!

Great little campsite with everything you need. Nice flat level pitches, very clean toilets and showers, a great bar with very reasonable prices for food and drink. Also for €2 A day you can use the adjoining swimming pools. A great spot for exploring. We will definitely be back in the near future with our bikes to explore some more! 🍻🍻

Great little campsite, tidy and clean with good amenities such as a bar/shop, swimming pool and very clean showers and toilets. The people running the place are super friendly and welcoming. We stayed with our van/awning and a little dog and will definitely return. The hiking and cycling in the area is good and sites such as Frías are quite close.

A great little site, perfectly placed for a stop before or after the ferry. Ricardo was so kind and accommodating, even though it was the middle of winter, and we were the only campers. Lovely clean loos and showers. WiFi and electricity. Great value for money, would highly recommend.

Amazing camping, very quiet area, child friendly. Recently renovated, with a bar, two swimming pools one for small babies, football and volleyball field. Frequented by locals. Exceptional staff, very attentive. Super clean bathrooms with paper and soap. Clean showers. Perfect location to visit the region.

Lugar estupendo para descansar, parece más un parque camper, hay muchas más furgos, autocaravanas y caravanas que tiendas, baños y duchas limpias, mucha gente con perretes como nosotros y precio económico.Piscina municipal estupenda al otro lado de la valla y bar con ambiente pero respetando las horas de silencio, raciones y picoteo a buen precio a partir de las ocho. Preguntamos al chico de recepción y nos recomendó una ruta de senderismo, de lo más bonito q he zapateado en años, el desfiladero del río Purón.
No le doy más estrellas porque no se puede.

Es una instalación pequeña, muy familiar. Escribo sólo para aclarar que solo abre los meses de julio y agosto. Esto es así siempre, desde que lo inauguraron, porque su gestión va asociada a la temporada de la piscina que son esos dos meses. El bar a veces esta alguna semana más, se licita anualmente e imagino que en función de quién lo gestione unos veranos estará mejor que otros... No soy usuaria del camping, Google se empeña en que lo valore cada vez que vengo a la piscina. En las fotos, la pista de voley y el picoteo del bar que corresponde al verano 2023.

Hemos pasado dos noches aquí, coincidiendo con el fin de año. El camping es sencillo pero está genial, destacar sobre todo la hospitalidad de Ricardo (propietario), te hace sentir como en casa, cuenta con un bar también atendido por él.
Sin duda volveremos.

Muy sorprendidos de este camping municipal. El hombre q lo regenta es super amable, atento, te pone todo facil para q estes a gusto y no te falte de nada. Es recien estrenado en este negocio, solo hace un mes q lo ha abierto y sabe q le faltan cosillas, como la luz, q si tienes muchas cosas salta, algun banco en las duchas para poder sentarte a vestirte, un cartel d lavadora en la puerta para saber q hay lavadora🤪, y poco mas, porque es un camping tranquilo, los baños son geniales, duchas amplias de las q puedes desenganchar para duchar facilmente a los niños, baños con papel y jabon, hay un bar con buena comida a buen precio y la piscina municipal, q si estas en el camping solo pagas la mitad. La noche sale a un precio economico, pasamos dos, lo justo para ver Frias, Oña,...y pasar un dia en vitoria. Muy a gusto y contentos con el trato, recomendable

Genial nuestra estancia en el camping, Ricardo es muy Grande,muy buena Música y grandes personas. Nos encantó.

Hemos repetido tras un tiempo largo , desde la llegada gratamente sorprendidos , súper limpios los baños el camping con el encanto de siempre.Y a destacar la atención de 10 del responsable. Muy bien el bar muy atentos y amables y eso que estaban desbordados de trabajo
