Alexandre Hotel Frontair Congress

Comfortable hotel located near the airport, perfect for travellers that need to sleep for one night. The room was clean enough (but the floor was not swept well because I saw many hair), but anyway it's clean and tidy and all the services worked without any technical problem. Breakfast was amazing with fresh and tasty food and a lot of choice for everyone. Very friendly staff both in the reception and in the restaurant.

Nice clean airport hotel with friendly staff. The shower is nice and hot at a good pressure. The TV is rather lacking in English channels but we are in Spain. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. Bear in mind that Coffee facilities are only available in the premium rooms. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre which is handy if you have forgotten anything. The evening meal is a buffet priced at 16.95€ on weekdays but you can also get JustEats to deliver to you but remember that you will need cutlery. Breakfast is also a buffet.

Had to grab a hotel close to the airport due to a flight change resulting in a extra day stay. Staff had my room ready for after lunch, which wasn't a hassle because they secured my bags and left me free to wander about the mall next door. Free wifi and charging facilities at the mall allowed me to catch up on email, etc., until the room was ready. Bright, clean, comfy and well layed out! Fridge is even UV equipped for sanitary purposes.

I have had amazing experiences with this hotel. Super tidy room,very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with a ton of food! Also you may enjoy the SPA(only 10€, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and warm bed) and gym. Nice location, on the territory you can find supermarket and different shops. Only one things which I don’t like - is that in the room they didn’t provide any water 🤷‍♀

The hotel is close to the airport, next to a large shopping center and a bus stop from which you can take a bus directly to the center of Barcelona. The reception staff is very polite and friendly. It is very convenient that there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. We arrived outside the bus schedule, but called the reception and they kindly sent a shuttle bus for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a bit more variety for breakfast and tastier scrambled eggs although the pastries were great.

Fast check-in, room are good size and clean, beds are very comfortable. Very convenient shuttle service to and from airport.

Our first stop on our European adventure after 30 hours of travel. We are lates 50’s. We incorrectly booked for July instead of June. Arrived a month early. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. Sorted a room for us, breakfast and a shuttle to the airport tomorrow. Lovely breeze in the beer garden. Will sleep well tonight on the lovely big bed.

Set your expectations and can't fault it. This is an airport hotel mainly used for flights and conferences as such its not your transitional tourist hotel. We used for 3 nights before a cruise and it was at right price for half board. Food was nothing amazing but again was perfectly fine and good choice and all enjoyable. City center is about 30mins by bus at €2.40 so if don't mind travel it still possible to get into tourist areas. Found reception staff friendly and helpful. Had some doubts before arrival based on other reviews but think part of issues are tired travelers with lack of patience often dealing with flight cancellations and suddenly being dumped on hotel staff.

Perfect place to stay before flight. Free shuttle bus to airport. Brilliant friendly staff, and there is a very varied buffet in the dining room. We had the a la carte, which was excellent.

Great hotel. The only problem was the location. You need time to get close to city center.

Nice staff. Nice hotel with many amenities! Shops .. the mall is a 2.. 3 minute walk. They can be busy at times, especially in the lobby.. do be prepared to wait 🤔. The hotel looks small on the outside but it sports a massive structure between those walls. While I didn't use, they do have a free airport shuttle. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient to both hotel AND Baecelona. Bus very easy into the city. Good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Room with minimal amenities, but just fine. Great shower.

What a great value...Nice location 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport and 30 minutes to the cruise port...Also it is located in the middle of a huge shopping plaza....We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet...There was a lot of choices...The front desk was very helpful for us to get a taxi...We will be back 😀

This hotel is good stay for flights next day we took this hotel for the fact that we get free shuttle service.

The rooms are good but old, washroom had issues but then again it's a very trivial thing to mention.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Very accomodating and clean rooms. Close to the airport. The shuttle service saves one’s time and money. Thank you to the night shift, Lidia and Yaya, for their warm welcome and help. I will be back on return. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, comfortable rooms, super clean, wifi everywhere... Kind staff, I love it and recommend staying here with eyes closed! Plus nearby has a mall, McDonald's, decathlon, all with walking distance... love, love, love it!

I've you need to stay near the airport I think is the best option. They have a free shuttle bus and the hotel is in a shopping center, so you can easy get some food near by.
A part of that the room was pretty big and comfortable.
