Great place to stop if cycling the via Verde

A really lovely restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and helped us translate some of the Catalan menu. They had a 15Euro menu del dia with a good selection of salads, fish, pork, beef, pasta, muscles etc.
Free parking just next to the restaurant and we sat in a lovely terrace next to a park shaded by trees and vines.
I had the pear tart for dessert and it was delicious.
Well worth the 25min drive from the coast inland to llagostera, just wish we'd found it earlier in our holiday. Nice town too for a stroll around after eating.

Highly recommend both the restaurant and the hotel! We are Americans bike touring and stopped here because there was a music festival happening on a Saturday and it caught our interest. The host at the restaurant was kind and generous with us even providing an indoor space our bikes. The room is well laid out and has a comfortable bed Tv and WiFi. Not to mention the beautiful nature walk right out the front door. Thank you for making a quick stop on a Saturday so much more fun now that we get to stay in this town and listen to good music! :)

Great family-owned small hotel (4 rooms) with excellent service! Rooms are new, very clean, and have views of the town and park. There is a convenient bike path that connects directly from the hotel to both Girona and Costa Brava.

The food is homemade, traditional and delicious! It seems to be a popular spot for locals to eat a heart breakfast (complete with wine) and/or lunch. We enjoyed being on the terrace and meeting the owners so much that we ate there three times! This restaurant is highly recommended for those searching for a great local experience.

Always great menu, great options and quality. Proprietor and staff are super-polite, helpful and welcoming. The terrace is a wonderful place to eat. We love it!

Nice and good traditional restaurant. Close to town and with own parking. You will enjoy the 'cargols a la llauna', the 'bull negre' and vegan omelets.

Great food, if you're a cyclist it is just beside a "via Verde" If not I still really recommend it for the food
