This place is brilliant. Leo, our host was so welcoming and made our experience extra special. We truly felt looked after and because of Leo’s hospitality, we will certainly come back to Maroa Club de Mar. Putting customers at the heart of his operation is what he really does. No reservation no problem. We loved the salad and off the menu iberico with potatoes, grilled onions and mushrooms was delicious. The staff are very friendly.

Really nice beach chairs to rent for the day! It was a nice chill atmosphere and they had an area in the back where you could take a fresh dip! We had lunch and it was really delicious. The champagne sangria was perfect on a hot day!

Really nice beach club with access to the sea.
You can make reservations for Solarium part of the club, where you can relax on really nice hammocks from 12€/pp per day which is really nice!
They also have Restaurant part and Chill out area, which are next to each other.
Cocktails and food are nice, and staff is also really friendly and will serve you really well!
We went there on weekend when it was busy but also on workings days when it was more calmer.
We were returning to that place for few times during our stay, which definitely means that we liked it 😃
Next to the club is really beautiful beach, with beautiful sand, water sports and water is crystal clear!
Give it a try and you will not regret it probably 😍

Best SunLounge in Gran Canaria!

Great Beach Club to relax and enjoy this beautiful Island. Picturesque with Anfi background and the sea on the other —- the sea for swimming is amazing just few steps away the water is quite cold but it’s expected and you’ll get used to it. We visited Maroa las month for a week almost everyday we love the ambiance and the super chill out vibes.
Maroa Club have 4 Parts we tried the bar and the sunlounge
1. Maroa Restaurant 2. Breakfast/Brunch
3. The Bar 4. Sunbathing Lounge where you rent the sunbed €6 per person —- 12€ per person on weekends.

The Bar Area is a great area they offer superb cocktails, great taste of food, the sunbathing area is amazing to chill out have a sip of your cocktails or a snacks very relaxing and fancy the staffs are impeccable very attentive and friendly, we always booked our sunbed in advance as it get easily fully booked.
To check the correct opening hours we call them and get prompt answers as you cannot just rely on google nowadays because of pandemic.
This Place is highly recommended 💯

I will give to the restaurant but also to the beach club 5 stars. The food was really tasty and the portion's more than generous.
One aspect that they should take into account is the starter!They are offering only salad, which is to much in terms of quantity but also money, if you want to have a main dish.
For picho del moruno I would say 5 from 10 and for the marinated tuna, 8.5 from 10.
Salad con queso de cabra...bonissimo!
Almost to forget...the waiter's are one of the most professional at least from Europe.

Very trendy and cosy place to sit, both the coctailbar and the restaurant are excellent! The personnel was so much fun and friendly that we had to return multiple times during our stay in Gran Canaria!

Easily the best place in the area for drinks and a meal! Weren't able to experience the best of the club under the sun, but is in the middle of a really nice park and has a relaxed atmosphere. Really recommended!

An excellent club experience on the whole the service is fantastic especially Hector.
Lunchtime restaurant was a little slow on drinks service & they didn't realise cava is served in a flute!
Nevertheless we're on our fourth full day on the loungers, we will come again

We love Anfi resort and always pay a visit when we stay in Puerto Rico. This time we have been 3 times to Anfi and the 3rd time decided to try the Maroa beach club rather than just popping in for drinks as we normally do. We joined the loyalty programme which gives you discounts. We have had a lovely time and will definitely be back to the beach club when we return to Gran Canaria. My partner left his phone on our 1st visit and this was safely stored in lost property .. thank you! And thank you for great service, lovely views and relaxing atmosphere.

If you're visiting its well worth a ferry trip to anfi step off and you're there

Another fantastic day at the beach club, staff are warm and welcoming and the food is great, the sea for swimming is amazing but freezing!

This place is above par as compared to the plethora of restaurants on the main drag. I had a rustic burger, while my wife had a goat cheese salad. Both meals were excellent.

Incredible place you can chill out listening a nice music. No crowds simpatic stuff and great food just near the crowdy anfi beach.We love it . We ate so fast that didnt make a photos but everything looked very nice :)

Really enjoyed it. Great staff, very affordable rates for deck chairs in comparison to other beach clubs, and while drinks are expensive the atmosphere, service and facilities make it worth it
