Barceló La Nucía Hills

Our family love this hotel, we are 2 adult and one boy 14 year. We usually book the junior suite and the room is perfect. Everything is clean and fresh and the beds are good.
The breakfast has a large selection and a chef who makes different eggs etc. to order. Very fresh and good service.
There is also a good standard and good food at the pool restaurant.
Overall, all the staff are very professional yet personable from front desk (Sara with staff ⭐), restaurant service and room keeping (hope to see you soon again Lucia 💕).

First class hotel, we enjoyed it: great staff, super rooms, amazing A/C. The buffet dinner is good, as is the breakfast. The pools are great with plenty of loungers. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and rooms are stylish, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, buffet dinner was excellent (Fridays and Saturdays) but on other days there was no buffet and pre-ordered food wasn't as good. Alex and his team were helpful and made us welcome.

We spent one night. The hotel is brand new, and the building materials used are first class. It has two outdoor swimming pools, a small one at the terrace located at the chill out area, and a big one at the ground floor. The rooms include a terrace and are spacious, with a small kitchen and well furnished. Food was good also. The spa is quite small. It offers also parking at the basement. The hotel is very calm and noiseless, ideal to have some quality rest. Price wise, is not cheap, but in line with its category.

Beautifull hotel, two swimming pools (one on the roof), amazing rooms, very good service. Food is great as well. Only disanvantage is the location, there is basically nothing intresting nearby.

A special mention for the Training manager Gardenia who was very accommodating in helping us find a lost item. Very professional, friendly and helpful. This professionalism extended to the entire team at Barceló. Everyone we met were very friendly. Also the breakfast choice and atmosphere was exceptional. Thank you 🙏

No podemos estar más contentos!! Fuimos de fin de semana a este hotel con el objetivo de desconectar de la rutina y sin duda ha sido todo un acierto. El hotel transmite paz desde que pasas su puerta principal, las instalaciones son preciosas y está todo cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, la habitación (suite Jr) nos encantó, el buffet estaba buenísimo y la atención fue en todo momento espectacular. Nos gustaría felicitar en especial a Francisco, un camarero con unas formas y una atención exquisita, así da gusto, volveremos seguro. Gracias!!!

En general nos gustó todo. La habitación con salida directa al jardín. La piscina con sus camas balinesas. El personal de 10. El buffet todo buenísimo. Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación. Los espacios en general estaban muy bien, pero pasamos más tiempo fuera y en la habitación, por lo que destacaríamos la comodidad de la cama. La gran variedad de comida a elegir en el desayuno y cena también nos gustó mucho, todo riquísimo y fresco.

El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones grandes y jardines bonitos. El buffet de desayuno y cena está genial.
La única pega es que la ubicación es en una zona de casas y no hay nada para hacer cerca
