Excellent food. Loads of locals having lunch...... more locals picking up their take aways. We got a table outside and we had a feast!!! I will go back for the cordero de leche ........ EXCELLENT PLACE. SUPERB FOOD. Forget the fashion joints in the Gros square. This is a diamond!

Amazing family run restaurant with delicious rotisserie chicken!

Great menu of the day (we were there on Saturday with my wife and our 3 sons). Grilled chicken, beef chops and veal were absolutely perfect: great grill cooking and seasoning and hand cut fried potatoes served just enough to really enjoy the meat.

Best place in town, amazing food and cheap drinks

This is a great place! We went there for lunch “menu del dia” and it was delicious. If you are looking for a home made meal this is you place to go.

This place was our absolute favorite food in San Sebastian, Donostia. It was packed with older locals and the food tasted right out of someone's grandmothers kitchen, real authentic. Beware they will not speak English and they are extremely busy so if you cant order quickly when its your turn you will be skipped (this happened to me when i politely asked in spanish if they spoke english) but the food looked too good to just quit and walk away. And the man at the counter accepted my persistence and I spoke spanish words and pointed, Jamon, queso, pollo lol It was amazing! Drool worthy! On thursdays they participate in Pinxtos Portee and for 2 euro you can enjoy a pinxto and a drink (soda, water, beer, wine) and there is no limit so you can feast and keep walking to try all of the restaurants. If you go early for lunch they have rotisserie chickens and cornish hens in addition to pinxtos and a menu for meals. We made a few visits while visiting San Sebastian, and out of all of the restaurants ranging big to small, irish pubs, tourist traps etc this place was it for us! Probably one of the best places I ever visited. I was there in April 2019 and still comin back there in my mind. Amazing food!!!

Real basque place. You can eat in the back and basically get the same tapas.

Menú 20e un sábado, pues estaba bueno,con botella de sidra, para ser san sebastian estaba barato, el camarero simpático

La verdad es que es un restaurante como los de antes comida casera buen trato buen precio sobre todo de lunes a viernes el menú del día es espectacular los fines de semana como en todo Donosti suben los precios del menú pero merece la pena no vas a encontrar comida de diseño ni vasos raros ni nombre raro se la comida es la comida de siempre bien esta cantidad más que aceptable y el sitio es acogedor y los camareros y los dueños agradables te la aconsejo al 100% es mi restaurante de cabecera en Donosti lo único que está fuera del centro está en el barrio de Gros que últimamente le está cogiendo mucho auge y abriendo muy buenos restaurantes
