My name is Paul, I am 49 years old.
I live in Hobart, Tasmania Australia.
My wife and I are at the end of a 6 week European holiday.
We have arguably the best of meat and seafood food quality and gastronomical experiences in the world.
I have had 2 food experiences that I rate as my best. Both in Tasmania.
Today my wife and I dined at Bokado in San Sebastian.
This is now my number 1 food experience ever. The food, the service and the location/view were well above expectations.
Do yourself a favor, drop in for a feed.

30Jan2020. I was in a party of 5.
The only fault we found was no real vegetarian or vegan options.

The food was very tasty, each mouthful was a great taste experience with every member of our party enjoying every bite and insisting we try each others.
The wait staff were the best sort of attentive being there to serve and remove, as needed, there whenever we turned around to them for service and advice, but otherwise out of sight allowing us to have an excellent meal.

When we did turn to the wait staff, each was attentive and provided great service and advice. There was excellent knowledge of the wine menu (we were all red wine drinkers ). We enjoyed every sip. Our Spanish was minimal at best, and the staff made every effort.

I have no idea if time of year was a factor, but from my experience I have no hesitation in advising most of my friends to dine here. The rest are strict vegetarian and vegan.

We couldn't be happier to have selected this place for our wedding celebration! :)

The service was excellent, they adapted menu to all the needs ( vegetarian,vegan, kids)!
And we were extremely satisfied with the food - we and our guests loved each dish we got served! We were thinking that maybe dishes will be lower quality as they had to serve 60 people at the same time but we were absolutely wrong - everything tasted the same as on the day we tried our menu! Excellent!!!!💗

The staff has been kind, professional and really helpful! They took care of us and adapted to all of our needs! :)

Delicious Food! It was ANAZING we LOVED IT! We went with a group of 30 people and enjoyed of an amazing closed menu. I tried deer meat for the first time and it was very well cooked. The place has an incredible view of San Sebastián. Totally recomendable 🦌🙌🏽

Really great experience! Excellent food, customer service and exceptional location. We were even alone on a sunny lunchtime, great!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Top level service, and for 60€ pp you get an all inclusive meal experience with wine served throughout. Be sure to book ahead because people were being turned away while we were there

Wonderful all inclusive menu for 60 euros which was well worth the price. The views are breathtaking and the service efficient and friendly.

Very good view of the beach surroundings, ably located. Abience is good, so do the food and service. Excellent I must say.

Food and location absolutely amazing. The only downside, in my opinion, is the coffee which I was expecting to be much better.

I stopped by for a coffee only but i found this place amazing, quiet, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people behind the bar.

Sin duda alguna uno de los mejores espacios para degustar una buena cena al atardecer con una vista espectacular de la playa de la concha, el Monte Igueldo i la ciudad de Donosti al atardecer. Calidad de la comida excelente combinando con una excelente carta de vinos. El servicio siempre atento a cualquier necesidad de los comensales. Totalmente recomendable.

Inmejorable experiencia en Bokado. Probamos el menú degustación y estaba todo exquisito, además de que los platos eran bastante grandes (para ser degustación). El servicio inmejorable y las vistas, nada que decir, todo un privilegio.
Muy contentos de haber elegido este restaurante para una fecha especial. Muchas gracias!

Agradecimos la posibilidad de compartir los dos menús degustación que disponen para poder degustar todos los platos.
A destacar la viera, la sopa donostiarra, el solomillo y la torrija.
Excelente relación calidad precio del menú en un sitio inolvidable.

Teníamos ganas de ir y nos ha encantado. Nos coincidió un día explendido y estuvimos en la terraza del restaurante con unas vistas a la Concha. Comimos menú degustación de 65€ tiene otro de 55€. Comida saludable y trato cercano con recomendaciones.

Conseguimos reservar mi pareja y yo para comer ya que está bastante solicitado en estas fechas.
Desde el primer momento la atención fue la esperada, tienen dos menús de degustación dónde incluye la bodega. Escogimos el de 65€ y en nuestra opinión todo estaba buenisimo, bien servido, con el camarero sirviendo el vino que iba más acorde al plato y rápido. Las vistas son a la Playa de la Concha que es precioso.
Buen servicio y calidad-precio, volveremos sin duda.

El sitio es un lujazo, ambiente y servicio top top de 10 total.
La comida estaba muy buena (diría 8 de 10).
La relación ubicación calidad cantidad precio, de 10 total también
