Hoy nos atendió una mujer, según el ticket se llama Elizabeth, nos vendió unas alianzas y les aseguro que hace mucho no recibo una atención tan buena, súper atenta, nos fuimos más contentos de lo que habíamos entrado ¡Ojalá hayan más trabajadores así!

Pase hace un mes compré el famoso Casio no el de canción famosa sino el que lleva el papa barato 19€ el que quería no estaba me lo encargaron la sta que me atendió muy guapa y profesional y se me Olvido recogerlo me llamaron varias veces para recoger y cuánto pude ir me atendió otra persona eficacia me selló garantía una maravilla y me compré el EL CASIO

Ayer fuimos a la joyeria que se encuentra en el centro comercial El Mirador. La dependienta fue muy amable y eso que solo entramos a por una tuerca de un pendiente para nuestro bebé. Al recibir un trato tan agradable, ya sabemos que cuando necesitemos hacer un regalo o comprarnos alguna joya, iremos a este establecimiento.

Fui a la tienda que está en el cc las terrazas y me atendió una chica llamada Ataytana muy profesional y muy amable. Salí contentísima con lo que compré.😊

I bought a white gold ring in December 2022 but by February the white gold underneath had turned yellow. I went back to the shop to be told by an assistant this was normal. I left the shop feeling disappointed. The next time I was there in March and noticed the girl who had sold me the ring Veronica, she was very professional and agreed this wasn't correct. She returned it to the mainland and 3 weeks later was returned. Ok. I then bought another white gold ring. But shortly after that too went yellow along with the first one. So again I returned and they sent it off AGAIN so waited another 3 weeks. I got them back but then again in August it was the same so back you the shop I went and spoke with Davina who said that this is normal and I could buy another ring in paledium which of course is more expensive. She returned the rings back to the mainland again... When I went to collect them one was ok but the one I bought in December wasn't. This time it was a different assistant , and I said I would like my money back or a voucher and I would buy silver. She then informed me that she would have to email her boss as they can't make the decision there. She called me the following week to say that I could change it for a yellow gold ring the same design ( but I don't like yellow gold) hence buying the white. Or have the ring re coated, which I said ok. 3 weeks had passed and still hadn't heard anything so I went up to El Mirador to the shop and spoke again with Davina only to find the ring hadn't been sent back and if it was re done it would only go again!... i explained again that my friend has 3 white gold rings ( engagement, wedding and eternity )and she has never had this problem over 13years!!!!. I am very disappointed with the jewellery and would not recommend the shop to anyone. The staff were always very kind and sympathetic but the overall outcome is very disappointing. We were going to buy our wedding rings from Jose Luis but we shall now look else where.

Después de esperar mi turno algo más de 15 minutos, para poner pilas a dos relojes, me dicen que los dejé que vuelva en media hora. Al volver y hacer otra cola, para ser nuevamente atendida, me dicen que no han podido poner las pilas. Que vuelva en otro momento o "después de campaña" que no han parado ... Claro no han parado de vender, que si comisiona y dos pilas no dan comisión ninguna.Después de esperar mi turno, pacientemente tengo el mismo derecho a ser atendida, que a lo mejor hasta me llevaba algo. Perdí media hora de cola y media hora en esperar por los relojes, los cuales obvio, me llevé sin pilas.

Llevé mi cadena de oro porque el cierre se puso negro cosa que me extrañó teniendo garantía de 18 kilates y después de mandarla al taller me dicen que es por uso excesivo de la misma y sinceramente no creo que me la pusiera más de 3 veces desde que me la regalaron. Me siento decepcionada porque he comprado varias cosas aquí.

La experiencia en esta joyería ha sido PÉSIMA !!!!
Tras venderme un reloj y habérmelo puesto con las pegatinas incluidas me doy cuenta que tiene unas manchas, Y NO SE HACEN CARGO DE LOS CAMBIOS NI DEL REEMBOLSO. Horrible!!!!

Vorsicht bei Qualität. Wir haben einen Weißgoldring in diesem Geschäft gekauft. Nach nicht einmal 4 Wochen ist schon ein Stein aus der Fassung gefallen. Der Kundenservice war zwar freundlich allerdings konnte keine Lösung zur Reparatur gefunden werden ohne, dass der Ring persönlich abgegeben wird, was für jemanden der nur im Urlaub dort ist, eher schwierig ist.
Sehr enttäuscht weil ich nun auf eigene Kosten eine Lösung finden muss.
Nachtrag: Ein Juwelier vor Ort hat eine ganz miese Qualität bestätigt. Also lieber Finger Weg

La atención de la dependienta deja mucho que desear, seca, con poca simpatía y pocas ganas de trabajar. Una pena con la cantidad de personas con ganas de trabajar que hay y con mucho más saber estar.

NADA RECOMENDABLE!Me compré el anillo de la boda, antes de estrenarlo ya se le habia caido una piedra, lo llevo a arreglar y un mes y medio después sigo esperando por mi anillo, lo peor es que me llaman cada dos semanas para preguntarme si lo quiero grabado, no se entienden entren ellos y mientras yo sigo sin mi anillo.

Me regalaron un anillo para mi cumpleaños 30 de diciembre y lo quise cambiar porque me quedo pequeño me apuntaron en una libreta y cojieron mi teléfono para avisarme supuestamente el miércoles que le entrava 1 paso la semana y volví a ir a la tienda aver porque no me avisan llamado me cojen otra ve los datos y me dicen que me llaman en esa semana cosa que todavía a día de hoy estoy esperando que me llamen que ahora mismo hace un mes que lo tengo y no e podido cambiarlo no recomiendo esta tienda
