I have been shopping at this electronics store for years when I visit Gran Canaria. I particularly appreciate the attentive customer service. I am an English speaker, and a sales associate named Santiago helped me recently when I was looking to buy an auxiliary for my iPhone. Not only was Santiago knowledgeable, professional and friendly, his English was impeccable and he gave me some helpful advice. Highly recommend this store.

Good electronic products, quite a wide range neatly arranged and organised and usually well-trained staff. However, due to the usual staff-reduction policies, you may be hard-pressed to get someone to help you, especially during busy periods. Their collection point for discarded products is useful. I use the online purchase service more often than not and collect the items without having to wait. If there are any problems, their email customer service is excellent.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. During each of my visits they have been helpful and friendly, making this a great shopping experience. Thank you for everything.

Is great .each visit can find what I need y can rent my properties.but.last lavafora bought fr my inclinio in sept.2021 .january 17th not working.garanty of 2 years.in 6 months .technicio came.one piece to replace.till to day piece not available.Requested to return y buy new one from media mkt.as delayed supply of lavadora .viene charge of drycleaning on mi.also have 3 year more garanty paid extra.total 5 years.MEDIA MARKET.que yo cuando hay que poner electrodomesticio.only media makt.lleve empresa hase 1980.primer caso no reprar.no pieza.dios tiene que ayudar y solutionar.lavadora muy imp.para inclinio.da mi su opinion.saludo

What a lovely shop great selection of electrical items every thing from phone cables to electric bicycles and even electrical item you require for your house.or for your enjoyment.

We went to buy a phone,met a very good sales woman told us every thing we needed to know,set up the phone for us old folk ln English so we can understand it, all the staff we encountered was good

Most staff members speak at least some English and some are fluent. They are ALWAYS very helpful and knowledgeable about their product.

Media markt with nice offers, they are minimum 4 media markts on Gran Canaria but here you can find always something with better price then in another MM on island.
