Hotel htop Pineda Palace & SPA

Room was cleaned every day. All the staff were ace. I was concerned initially about all of it, but my concerns were not realised. The bar area could do with some better comfy seats. The food was catering on a huge hotel scale as you expect, but if you take time to find what you like it was very nice and adequate. I recommend a visit when the sun is definitely up as the wind can be cold but probably a relief on the roof top pool high season, it's a lovely place.

Hotel little dated, walls thin could hear people in the next room. Wasn't that impressed with breakfast in the mornings, so we ate out. The staff was very pleasant . Would definitely go back to the location but would not stay at the hotel again

We read all reviews before coming and were a little concerned.......but its a fantastic hotel...yes there are some pros and cons but so has every hotel....food is good, could be a little hotter but its a buffet! Pool could be a little bigger but it does the job and it's all about cooling down we're not Olympic swimmers after all.....yes you can only get 2 drinks at a time...but so what you all have passes....garbage about the only 2 cocktails a day as many as you like from you're menu....rooms are clean and spacious with a bath and a shower, staff are all excellent not a single problem all are willing to help....if I was to be picky all I would say is maybe a little more choice in the meals for kids under 10....but mines a picky so and so.....on a whole a great 4 star all inclusive holiday..its about the time spent together not nit picking on negatives!!!

This hotel is located bang on the coast of Pineda de Mar - a small but beautiful and very clean locality. Was always served with a smile. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel has a lot of amenities and daily entertainment. The breakfast and dinner are excellent with lots of variety to choose from. Food was delicious. Super clean and nice ambience.

Just finished a week away with my friends. Hotel was great value for money with a good choice of quality food items and generous measures in every drink. The facilities the hotel had to offer were good but as a avid swimmer I have to say the pool was a little small. The entertainment however was where this hotel excelled. The 3 entertainers Ericky, Adrian and Nuria always kept us amused and provided a variety of activities throughout the day. Ericky gave us great advice on the local area and never failed to make our day more enjoyable. Thank you very much guys!!

Lovely, clean and tidy hotel , friendly staff who do their best to make your stay enjoyable.Great location, hotel by the sea.Just swimming pool to small for this amount of people.Good food for all, great bar.

Fantastic hotel, great roof top pool, amazing views and friendly staff. Fatima on reception was very helpful, professional and friendly. I will stay at this hotel again for sure!

We had the best time, and love tapas so the food was perfect for us. We asked to move rooms and they did it within a couple of hours. The staff looked after us so well which was so reassuring as a single mumma. Thank you for such a lovely experience see you next year x

Me and my partner here now and it's fantastic food good staff friendly I don't post many reviews but this hotel is so good I feel like sharing our experience .

This is our second year back from England.
The staff are very friendly and even go above there duty to help.

The hotel is spotless the rooms are cleaned every day by the housekeeping.

A great selection of food and.drink each day.

The beach is just a second walk from the hotel. A fantastic town just to the left.

We look forward to coming back for the 3rd year

Where do I start?
So I stayed at this place from the 30th to the 6th.
Me my mum and my two younger siblings who are both teenagers when all inclusive and got a 4 person room.

The room itself I personally found it to be perfect for us it was spacious enough for us all and the cleaners were amazing a providing clean towels every day etc

The view from the balcony was gorgeous

All-inclusive the food itself was lovely however I suggest you go at the start of mealtimes as by the end we found it was potluck if you found something you wanted.

They do breakfast dinner and tea and snack times between.

Unless you go onto a gold all-inclusive card drinks are free up until 11 which was a little bit of a dissapointment, however the drink selection was pretty fair we found to be drinking a lot of the cocktail of the day and peach schnapps.

They also have a system where you passed them this green card when you get a drink and when you finish your drink you have to pass a glass back to receive this card without the card you can't get any more drinks and I think that's the whole tales way of making sure people don't get all bunch of drinks at once and share them out with others who are not inclusive but to also keep on top of maintenance and cleaning

The hotel itself was up to standard the place was always spotless and the staff members were incredibly friendly
There is a night time receptionist and he was amazing helping us with extra covers cups spoons you name it

Baba one of the chefs was always friendly had a big smile on his face and was always welcoming

The child entertainment staff were so lovely always entertaining the kids making sure everyone was having a good time and just the entertainment itself I know my siblings really enjoyed as teenagers.

All of the staff members were amazing could not fault them.

The rooftop pool smaller than I imagined but perfect for cooling down the first time I went in it I was freezing cold it's not heated up at all so be wary of that

The beach though it is only across the road from the hotel it's not a sandy beach it's more of a cat litter texture very Rocky and rough on the feet we personally found wearing a pair of trainers or swimming shoes was ideal for this kind of beach.

I was only here for a week but honestly I had such an incredible time there is a launderettes around the corner if you're a person who likes to wash your clothes before going home.
There is a little train that drives on the road and take you to the village over called Callie when you get off the train ride there is a street just full of shops it's got cafes tattoo parlours beautiful jewellery shops you name it definitely worth a day trip there.

There is also a train station less than a 10-minute walk away I don't know where all of the trains go but I do know one of the trains goes to Barcelona and another one goes to blanes.

There is so much to do in the area we found where the shops were if we kept walking further up each night and found more shops sometimes even cheaper but we found a kids park a launderettes some bars etc

I know this was a long review however if you're anything like me you look through the reviews before and after booking. I saw quite a few bad reviews on this place and was quite worried reading them weeks after I'd already booked the holiday it is a beautiful place and the beach isn't Sandy but it's perfect for what we wanted xx

Loved it, everything was great! Location was first class, quiet town in October, but I liked it that way, food was amazing, Estrella on draft as OI, nothing to grumble about other than the pool being freezing, but that's the time of year we went I suppose! Well worth the money!

We stayed at the Pineda palace hotel for 9 nights from 3rd march-12th march, we were all inclusive and can not thank the staff in all the areas of the hotel.
We were greeted by Cyril on reception after a tiring delayed shuttle service, and Cyril gave us our all inclusive cards and room entry card, at approximately 10.45pm and he suggested that we could leave our heavy luggage in reception to relax at the bar, where sandwiches and cakes were available.
We then went to our very well equipped room 326, which had a small fridge, tv, hairdryer, bidet and bath, over bath shower and cubicle shower.
We have a very restful sleep and went down for a buffet breakfast the next morning, breakfast was plentiful with hams, cheeses, croissants, cakes, biscuits, cereals and even a cooked breakfast all freshly prepared by the lovely BABA the chef in charge of cooking who always had a smile.
Teas, coffee and fruit juices were on offer also.
The staff at the buffet restaurant being Angela, Jennifer and others were spot on with cleanliness, politeness and always chatty and smiley.
The bar staff being Vitalty, Joseph, Antonio, the lovely Carlos and my very favourite Victor who had me in fits of laughter always had a smile, never stopped working and gave a very high level of expertise in customer service and hotel expertise.
Raquel on reception was always there to help, with booking our sauna appointments, and advising on hotel room entry cards that had stopped working, also with supplying us with area information, phone numbers,and map of church in callela.
At the end of our 9 night stay we could not fault the work done by the staff at the hotel, the food was great, the rooms serviced 8 days out of 9, and even Melody who was in charge of entertainment put up with my fiancé and my own 53 year old going on 12 childish behaviour and made our holiday something to be happy about and never forget our time at Pineda palace.

Beautiful stay here. Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely room with a fantastic sea view. I will be going back for sure.

Lovely hotel staff are very friendly Cyril was amazing and Carlos the barman who rescued my son and I from a morrocan dude who was trying to get us to leave the hotel with him the guy weren't even staying at hotel was just a randomer trying his luck. Cyril and Carlos made our week away safe and enjoyable. Top marks guys we will be back asap 😁

Rooftop pool is a very nice touch, little cold, but refreshing
Breakfast buffet good selection, but the hot breakfast was very average.
