Trasiego

After a beautiful morning in Alquézar, exploring the route along the canyon of the Vera River - with spectacular views and the possibility of swimming in turquoise waters - we went to dine at this restaurant, located in the central offices of the Regulatory Council of the Somontano Designation of Origin wine. It was an excellent choice: their gastronomic proposal, embodied in a menu rooted in traditional Aragonese cuisine, is incredibly appealing in its entirety. We opted for the truffled potato croquette, stuffed peppers, and tomato salad as starters; followed by the grilled matured national beef ribeye, and finished with the torrija dessert accompanied by ice cream, toffee, and walnuts. We left very satisfied with the food, service, and ambiance of the place. Highly recommended!

EXPECTACULAR

El restaurante dispone de dos espacios: Trasiego donde se elige entre Carta y el Menú Trasiego de 40€ y nosotros estuvimos en el otro espacio llamado "Trastienda", en donde además de la Carta y el Menú Trasiego se puede elegir un Menú del Día de 26 €.
Repetimos comida en este bonito lugar, y volvimos a acertar con la elección, nos dejamos aconsejar y la elección de la pasta fresca con trufa de temporada espectacular, ya conocíamos la calidad de la paletilla de ternasco pero nos volvió a encantar, la torrija muy buena pero el descubrimiento de la tarta casera de crema y manzana caramelizada una gran suerte.

Tot ha estat fantastic. Vam anar-hi amb unes expectatives altes i res no va defraudar. Estava tot molt bo.
Destacar l’atenció del personal de sala, ja que va ser de 10.

El sitio es bonito y tiene su encanto. Cenamos en la trastienda. Los platos muy buenos y el servio muy amable.

Hemos comido muy bien! Producto de primera que hace unos platos redondos. De los postres no tenemos fotos.

Hi vam anar recomanats per uns amics de Barbastro i no va defraudar, al contrari.
Des de que vam entrar el servei i atenció del personal va ser immillorable. Per dinar vam fer dos entrants, el tomàquet de Barbastro amb ventresca i les carxofes amb pernil, i segons individuals: rissoto, pasta amb trufa, bacallà, turbot i ternasco, Tots els plats deliciosos amb bona matèria prima i perfectament cuinats i presentats. Els postres tampoc van ser menys, el pastís de formatge i el kinder són per guardar un lloc pel dolç perquè estan boníssims. Hi tornarem sens dubte!👌🏻😋

Fuimos a probar el menú degustación y salimos encantados. Nos dejaron adelantar la mesa porque llegamos antes y nos sirvieron rápido y el servicio muy profesional.

Nos recomendaron vinos y la comida estaba súper buena, creativa, con muchos sabores y un toque de innovación.

Repetiremos seguro.
