Karrika Taberna

This was our first stop in San Sebastián and right off the bat we felt welcome in this city, thanks in part to this wonderful place.

The pintxos are delicious, with a special mention to the mushroom bacon and the rib eye steak. All the food is great and affordable and the hospitality is fantastic.

Such a fantastic pintxos bar with incredibly delicious food. We tried so many pintxos and they were all amazing. But the mushrooms and steak were the absolute stars

Excellent, friendly service from a family run business. We felt welcomed which isn't always the case in the old town. Glad to get a counter table.

Food was delicious and despite a short wait, was perfect for our evening. We ordered several dishes including croquettes and calamari. No effort required to tailor the salad to our request.

Saturday night pintxos bar hop ended up here and glad it did. Great variety of bites, including fantastic seafood choices. Helpful service, enough English to get by and very generous with the drinks. Would go back!

More authentic feeling Pintxos bar, no frills but amazing food.
Have a whole wall menu dedicated to chicken dishes, would strongly recommend coming here.

We went there during off peak time between lunch and dinner, but the staff were super friendly nevertheless. The Tarta de Queso was outstanding, probably within the top two we had in Donostia. Had some other bites too including the Gilda and they were also delicious.

Great place, discovered because all the other were super busy because of national holiday, and in this tapas bar the waiter were rushing all the time, spots were getting free, and the food was really good.

Great bar/restaurant, very friendly staff, excellent food, I recommend the hot pintxos freshly cooked! You can avoid all the tourists at this bar and still enjoy the best San Sebastián has to offer at a very good price.

Great food and great service, we really enjoyed everything

This little place totally deserves its high rating. Great variety of tapas, attractive and well priced. Mostly Spanish speakers eating here, the tourists seem to get trapped elsewhere.
