Bar restaurante TAXKA

Was going down south Spain from France to have a stop after long journey. At night having chk where to have dinner, came to this restaurant and we never regretted that. The foods are just so fresh, delicious, gastronomy standard in quality and presentation. Stuff are friendly speaking a bit English which helps a lot for non spanish speaking. Strongly recommend to drop by here.

Tried this restaurant based on existing reviews but we weren’t disappointed! Pad-Thai de Pollo and burgers were excellent, the cheesecake awesome!! Superb service, really nice place!!

Foods are Very good and good service also

This was our first visit to a Basque town, and this little bar was recommended, with s warning, it looks a bit rough but the food was excellent.
When we first arrived we were in two minds as it did look rough, we even walked away.
Then decided to talk to the bar man and see what food they did. The best moved we made, he was excellent and very helpful. Explaining. That the kitchen did not open until 7pm, so we sat outside with a coffee at dead on 7pm the most friendly, smiley, helpful waitress came out.
The food was tapas, not something I usually eat, but these were great and much of it homemade.
I would recommend it to anyone. But beware, it does look a bit rough.

Great place to get gourmet tapas. Laid back environment and very friendly staff. As soon as we walked in and the server noticed our broken Spanish he offered a menu in English, which he printed off specialty for us. Don’t miss dessert!!!

Taking Tapas to a whole new level, I ended having a genuine culinary experience in this cozy place, with adorable waitresses who explained in detail all the Basque menu to us, we had our best night so far in our trip! Amazing to find such a place in a small humble town like Arrasate, I'll come back!!

A must in Mondragón and the area. Friendly to foreigners - not very typical in Spain. Amazing dishes. I dream of one day going back.

Azpaldian afaltzera joan gabe eta atzokoan bueltatu nintzen. Estaba todo estupendo aunque destacaría las Gyozas de langostinos, el Padthai de pollo y las Carrilleras. Una debilidad: las torrijas. Ah! Un 10 para Izas en el servicio.

La comida super rica, la carta de vinos my buena y el personal super majo!!!

Vinimos por trabajo y buscábamos un sitio donde cenar baratito y rico.

Este lugar ha cumplido plenamente las expectativas, adjuntaré fotos de la cena, la oreja estaba increíble.

Restaurante que ofrece medias raciones, ideal si se va en pareja para así probar varias. Local moderno y acogedor, trato excelente.

Pedí hummus (espectacular), chipirones salteados (muy ricos, con cebolla caramelizada), de postre tarta de queso (dulce de leche y rodajas de plátano por encima) y para acabar un solo con hielo.

En total 15,20 euros. Todo muy bueno y de calidad, sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Mondragón. Dispone de WiFi.
