this a wonderfully situated medieval hill town with amazing architecture and one of the most impressive cathedrals Ive ever visited. There are some superb restaurants and very friendly people without huge numbers of English speaking tourists. the apartment is quiet, comfortable, secure and well equipped though the heating could be turned on for longer during the days when the weather is very cold (we had snow). the managing team were extremely helpful and responsive to requests

We stayed one night to explore Cuenca. The room is spacious and had everything. There's a common kitchen, with coffee machine, we got the coffee pods too. I can recommend it for shorter stays.

We had a wonderful stay in Cuenca! The accommodations were just as described. Quaint, cozy, clean, with everything we needed for our stay. It is two stories, we had the lower unit with the bathtub, which we appreciated. We used the parking nearby, which was also very helpful to have a place to park our van.
The streets getting to the apartment can be confusing and narrow, but once you figure it out, it is just fine!
The stairs take you right downtown to the walking street, but it's a steep hike home, to be prepared!
The unit we were in didn't have a dishwasher or a clothes washing machine, so if that's important to you, be aware.
Check-in was easy. Adrían was incredibly helpful and very responsive to our needs. Thank you so much!

An excellent stay. The location is in the center of the city. Just 2 min walk to restaurants and cafés in a pedestrian only street. In front of the flat there is a nice big parc. The parking is private and secure. The building is nice and clean. The flat is fully furnished and very clean. You have everything you need and all is functional. The bedrooms have an amazing noise isolation and window blinds. The owners are helpful and nice. Highly recommend I give it 5*

Great flat, good location, great service and fast Wi-Fi. The parking space is a little tight but I think that’s normal for Spain.

It is situated in the middle of the historical towncenter. Big room with private bathroom and shower. You can see inside it has a history , the wood makes it special. Although you are in the centre you can not here any noise that might bother you. Good communication with the host, good price quality. Parking space at walking distance (to pay) or you can park at the castle for free, just walk a little but further but it is worth the views you have of the valley.

The flat has such a beautiful view from the terrace! It’s recently renovated with great attention to detail, a good shower, WiFi and full kitchen. Ana was very kind at giving us many recommendations and a video on how to get into the flat. Thank you and we would come back again! Tarik and Melissa

Great location in the heart of the city.
The apartment was perfectly clean, and very well equipped.
The assistant was absolutely helpful also beyond the matters related solely to accommodation (e.g what to do, where to eat).

Excellent stay, will repeat next time I am back in Cuenca.
The host kindly allowed us to arrive late and even sent us a video to facilitate the check-in.
The flat was huge and clean, wifi worked uninterruptedly and heater kept as warm the whole time.
Apartment location was great, nearby Carreterias one of the main streets in Cuenca.
Stayed there for 2 weeks and host was available at any time if we had any questions.

Very helpful and friendly team, I found the property on Air BnB and checked in at their offices in Cuenca. They were friendly and efficient and provided advice on where to go in the area/what to see.

Mi pareja y yo junto a nuestra mascota, hemos pasado 6 noches en el apartamento
" El Jardincillo" y nos ha gustado mucho. Es bonito, amplio, cómodo, luminoso, limpio, tranquilo y confortable. Las camas, almohadas, ropa de cama y aseo, estupendas. La wifi gratis funciona estupendamente. Las duchas son magníficas. La ubicación está muy bien, céntrica de todo lo monumental y visitable y cercana tb a la parte moderna.
Al ser un edificio antiguo carece de ascensor- hay que subir tres tramos de escalera - y, el acceso por las escaleras necesita reforma, pero eso depende de la comunidad.
Ofrecen parkin opcional con un concierto que tienen con un parkin muy cercano que te hace un descuento por día.
Nosotros repetiríamos.
