This is my second bike at Mundimoto and what can I say as always the best service I have ever experienced!!!! I had the pleasure of Borjan advising me and he went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect!!! I can recommend the service of Mundimoto and especially Borjan immediately and highly recommend!!! All the staff there are super nice and helpful and customer service is paramount!!! Anytime again!!!

I had visited a few times looking for a certain moto. The selection is great and the stock moves quickly. The moto i chose was a bit higher in KM's but the moto looked well looked after. I had the pleasure of working with Rafael. My Spanish is very basic and Rafael took the time to speak to me in English, explain the process, get a valuation on my moto as an exchnage and we did the deal straight away. Rafael managed my expectations of delivery date and MundiMoto exceeded this by having the moto ready in 1 week. Unfortunately the spare key went missing from viewing to collection but Rafael and Isaura searched for 40 minutes for the missing key, eventually we agreed i could get a new key made and MundiMoto would re-imburse me. Good service.

Bought a Suzuki gsxr with AJ motor. They organized all papers for me. Literally only needed to pay & wait till everything is ready. In the beginning the bike did not feel quite being on track electronics wise. Brought it to the workshop of them & they exchanged the faulty part under warranty. Overall very happy with the service they deliver. Next bike I am going to buy with you guys again. Thank you!
