Traditional pinxto bar with delicious, authentic food made with heart and pride.

The owner seemed really happy to be sharing their culture with us. He has the warmest smile that made us felt so welcomed. What an honor to have dined at this place.

One of the great bars of San Sebastian. The staff are always so welcoming and no matter how busy they are you are always acknowledged and greeted as if you were a regular. The seafood here is the real star of the show and the "La Delicia" pintxos is amazing.

Delicious assortment of fresh tasty tapas, and great wine selection. So much so, we went back for a second round the next day. Throw caution to the wind, and try one of everything. We did and weren’t disappointed

Someone said this is the oldest bar in San Sebastian and if that's true, it makes sense why. The staff are lovely - super busy but happy to to answer curious people. Jesus was great to us as he knew a bit about our home area and spoke English well especially when it came to food.
They were great about my food allergy too.

The tortilla is one of the best we've ever eaten, do not miss the ropa vieja de bonito (basically pulled tuna in a paprika and tomato sauce) which is rich, luxurious and complex, and an egg mayonnaise with anchovies pinxto which will make you wonder why egg mayonnaise doesn't include anchovies more often. The snout may not sound like everyone's cup of tea but it is super savoury in a glossy, thick sauce and is the right mix of fatty and meaty - again, perfect to have with a txakoli or a more acidic white. We tried this as it was a recommendation from the team and they were absolutely correct.

Treat yourself to a trip here if you're in Donostia.

What a great place with great food! Loved the anchovies wit toasted garlic and Chili and the stewed cowssnout (morro en salsa). Great friendly service.

Very good food and friendly staff. I had fish and seafood it was all great. The atmosphere could even be more elaborate. For example, the tables inside are plastic tables which I would expect for the outdoors: maybe it was a temporary solution.

This place stands out the most for its friendly services. It's a little out of the old town and staff may not speak English as well but nonetheless the were incredibly friendly and helpful! We had the tuna, anchovy and peppers which was a surprisingly excellent combination.

This place serves VERY GOOD food. I can say without hesitation that I've had the best fish I've ever had in my life there. Our server was friendly and took the time to explain the dishes to us. We went there to have dinner two nights in a row, it was that good. Highly recommend.

This place was the highlight of our 10 day road trip. The food is delicious (by far the best monkfish we've eaten & amazing pintxos) but it's the amicable service that really stands out. We'll come back.

Some really excellent tapas and pintxos. The herring one recommended by staff was so good I had to have a second. Really enjoyed the tortilla as well.

Lively Cafe for an excellent night in the town near a Gothic Cathedral. Middle aged crowd.
One of the best in my opinion in San Sebastian for the pintxos, selection of drinks, music and over all a great vibe. Seating outside or inside. Large bar area as well as dining area. Btw not too pricey.
