Great city hotel with good amenities.

Rooms were nicely decorated though they did feel a bit too old fashioned for our taste. Service was great, especially at the reception and the lobby bar. Tried the highly recommended breakfast but didn't think it was anything special to be honest - food selection was good but the buffet set up was rather chaotic.

Overall it is a good solid option if you want to stay near Las Palmas.

Exceptionally charming hotel with exquisite rooms, lovely service, and one of the most peaceful stays my husband and I have ever had. The old world Spanish charm cannot be understated. Strolls in the gardens, quietly lounging while reading a book in the sun by the beautiful pool… and phenomenal rooftop views are extra special. Also, best hotel breakfast buffet we have EVER HAD. Don’t miss out!!

Wonderful hotel with vintage glamour but with all the facilities that the modern traveller requires.
The customer experience here was first class from check-in to departure.
The room was really comfortable and breakfast was superb with all tastes catered for.

A really positive experience! I have called beforehand to ask if the rooftop bar is available for non guests and to my surprise it was. The location looks amazing and the views are nice! The service was friendly and the prices are manageable if you take into account the location, the attention to details, and the friendliness of the staff who went above and beyond with the level of service. They were also able to accommodate my requests.

Beutiful old hotel set in a nice park, comfortable rooms,friendly and efficient staff,good choice of food at breakfast. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and a great location to explore Las Palmas.

We loved our stay in Santa Catalina. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help with everything, and they were specially friendly with our toddler and baby! The outdoor pool with salt water is gorgeous, the restaurants are really good (we dinned in 1890 La bodeguita), the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel!!
When we visit Las Palmas again, we definitely repeat in Santa Catalina!

This hotel is great - old Grand Hotel Style, the rooftop is fantastic and a lot of venues, restaurants and pools. Absolutely worth the money. The staff is friendly and supporting - hospitality at its best.

Amazing hotel. We loved it and will definitely be going back. Close to restaurants, a little trek to a beautiful beach or there's a bus stop close by. Beautiful gardens or pool area to relax and enjoy the sun and the parrots.

Love this place. Stayed over Xmas 2023 and looking forward to going back. Staff are fabulous, breakfasts first class and the bars and restaurants superb.
Beds are biggest I've ever slept in. Gym, pool and spa mean you can lose a few calories after a few beers by the pool and lunch at the tapas restaurant 😋

Was here on a work trip and this was sorry I did not have more time to play. But I will be back. Really amazing place. Old feel but all the amenities are new and well done. Staff went out of their way. And the daily breakfast spread is so large that’s is equal to a Sunday brunch major hotel. Swimming pool was fantastic as was the rooftop bar. Really enjoyed the stay. Thanks!!

Fabulous impressive grand dame of a hotel with lovely staff. Very pricey at peak dates but, rooms are flawless, there are three stunning pools (one on roof top, one heated to 30°C), a spa and three restaurants. Only downside we found was that it's very quiet after 10PM, and bar is empty at 11PM. But I guess that keeps the noice down if you want an early night. If you do: extensive TV & film channel list to go with a large roomservice menu.

Loved every minute of our stay here. A gorgeous hotel with personality and history, a beautiful seating area in the lobby to relax and listen to the piano, fun drinks at the poolside bar upstairs, and above all, excellent and incredibly helpful staff members at the front desk and throughout the hotel. They really made our stay what it was. If we lived closer to this hotel, we'd be there far more often. Can't wait to be back someday.

I’ve been to a fair share of high end hotels but Hotel Santa Catalina is an amazing experience. We’ve stayed in the royal suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The suite has a massive all around terrace with 4 different seating areas overlooking the whole courtyard park of the hotel. The space is beautiful, split into the bedroom & living room area, two large bathrooms with shower, bathtub & toilets..it’s a very thoughtfully designed & truly royal by size too. The staff makes you feel special at every step, especially Manuel & Eduardo stand out. The highlights have to be the breakfast (coming from a non-breakfast person), the spa & the Sunday brunch with live jazz band. All of these elements make it one of a kind experience so much so, that we’re seriously looking already at options to come back to chill just for a few days. Manuel - the manager - was joking at check-in that we’d never want to check-out and nothing could be more true. Thank you, the whole team, for making us feel like we’ve had a month of blissful rest here even with just a short 4-day stay.

Not enough words to explain the sheer beauty of this hotel. Seasoned traveler and never been more impressed. Every aspect is absolutely fantastic.
