Ciclomecanica Pro Bike Shop

I participated in the Granguanche Gravel in 2024. During the first night I slashed my side wall. I put a tube and tire boot in. Later I got a puncture on the tube and decided that I should really try to to run tubeless again. During the first day, I also fell over and snapped a derailleur hanger. My shifting was not working well after I replaced the hanger. Maybe it was bent to begin with.

All of this is to say, I needed a lot of help. I got a new tire from Napa (a more gravel specific bike shop) with the help of other fellow granguanchers and Ricardo installed it for me and fixed my shifting. Service was excellent and fast! Thank you thank you thank you! I was able to ride Pico de las Nieves and finish the race with no more mechanicals!

Had an issue with my computer mount, as usual Ricardo came up with the perfect solution. I started coming to his shop when he was a team sponsor, but I continued to come to the shop due to his top-notch service. This is THE place in Las Palmas.

Replaced my flat inner tube and pumped up the tires for only about 9 euros within an hour of arriving. Gave me advice on maintaning the bike in the local climate. Ricardo speaks English, which was helpful to me. I plan to return.

Riccardo was super helpful, I rented a bike with him for two days and could pick it up the day before in order to leave early!

I came in Feb 2023 with my bike to spend 4 weeks in Las Palmas and the island. Fortunately Ricardos shop was only 700m away from my flat. So I accidently marched into his shop on my first monday with my deconstucted bike. From then on for different reasons 4 time more. Summarized: he was a great help to reach my little dream since 2019: to get up by bike to Pico de las Nieves at the end.

Das ist ein super Laden! Der Inhaber kennt sich sehr gut aus!! Er hilft auch beim 70.3 Triathlon auf Gran Canaria als Fahrrad Mechaniker aus. Außerdem ist er super nett und hat einige Zeit in mein quietschendes Fahrrad investiert. Den Defekt hat er dann gefunden als er selbst kurz mit dem Fahrrad gefahren ist. Mega Einsatz und nicht selbstverständlich! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Würde den Shop jedem weiterempfehlen!

Tijdens onze bikepacking trip door de Canarische eilanden had mijn vriendin een gescheurde buitenband opgelopen … deze man heeft ons uitstekend en met de glimlach geholpen zodat we verder konden met ons avontuur. Geweldige service en vakkundigheid in 1 persoon.

Volgende keer dat je in België bent voor de Ronde van Vlaanderen trakteren we graag op zo’n Belgisch biertje 😉
