Trek Bicycle Castelldefels

Jordi has an abundance of customer service skills. We rented two E-bikes with full confidence. It was our first time using e bikes and the Trek team made sure we went on our journey with knowledge to ensure our safety. It was a pleasure dealing with honest genuine nice guys who certainly put the customer first. Castelldefels is beautiful and the Trek Team are great ambassadors for the local community. We went on a little adventure where only the Trek bicycles could bring us. Fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Without a doubt one of the best bike shops in the whole area. They offer everything. You can rent incredible quality road bikes, ebikes and mountain bikes. Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff too.

After a great experience hiring bikes earlier this year, I chose to buy a bike from Trek. The service I received from Albert was absolutely fantastic. He took his time to give really great advice, working with my budget to ensure I got the right bike for me. I couldn't recommend the experience more highly.

Bought a second hand Marlin 5 (on marketplace) that was in horrible condition. I took it here and they brought her back to life! Very professional and friendly staff, went back for other minor things and the guys are always available and helpful, even to answer questions and doubts. 100% recommended if you need any kind of work done on your bike.

Ferrari and Tamara were fantastic helping me pick out a bike jersey… their customer service was above and beyond. Ferrari even went so far to make sure my taxi driver was coming to pick me up! Trek is very lucky to have such caring staff!

My wife came in this morning about 11am , she is traveling and staying near your store. I was very impressed by your sales team and how they treated her with respect. They were able able to show her many different styles of jerseys and other cycling items. Your sales team even went as far as helping her find restaurants and other places to go in the area.

I went to Trek Castelldefels for the first time last week. The shop is well stocked with all the cycling gear you will ever need and has a large inventory of bikes for every skill level. They have a very nice repair shop on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. They are now my go to for all my cycling needs.

I only asked for a bicycle box for my flight back home to Germany. Wasn`t a problem and I could pick it up the next day for free. Super nice service, and a very attractively designed shop. Highly Recommended!! Thanks a lot!!

We are new to Castelldefels, but from the moment we stepped into this place, Ferran made us feel so very welcome, like we were old friends! I rented an electric bicycle, loved it, helped us discover beautiful Castelldefels 😍

My canyon aeroad was in bad shape thanks the beast of a hill that is Rat Penat. Whoever thought rim brakes with carbon wheels was a good idea- they were wrong or didn't have a 500m 10% climb on their doorstep. Also my gears needed some attention. Thankfully the knowledgable and friendly bike-mad guys here sorted the bike out and now its as good as new. If only my legs felt like that! Top quality servicing I can highly recommend these guys.
