great place to stay cant fault anything the food was good the rooms clean the hosts was fantastic great place will defo go back

Had lunch there today with my motorcycle club Costa Calida Cruisers...Roz and Ant hosted us with a brilliant lunch, a warm welcome and a place to hold our club meeting...superb...

OMG... what an amazing place. Chilled clean excellent service, the food is ridiculously good, and the portions are super generous.
Ros & Ant the hosts are outstanding. They provide a unique experience and make you feel like your home. Fab pool and hot tub, lots to do and areas to relax for quiet time. My favourite place I've ever stayed & I can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend a visit.
You won't be dissapointed.
Extremely good value for money and an excellent culinary experience.

Absolute gem of a place. So friendly, food is amazing. Peace and quiet of the countryside, yet beaches and city centre is only 20 mins away. Perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Perez, it is a wonderful, friendly, relaxing place. The house is beautiful as are the views and there is everything you need for a perfect stay.
Ant and Ros are absolutely amazing hosts. They work so hard looking after their guests and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The whole place and room is absolutely spotless and has everything you need with really comfortable beds and the on-suit is beautiful. The atmosphere is totally welcoming and the food is fantastic. The honesty bar, hot tub, outdoor area and pool table give you plenty to keep you occupied. Circuito de Cartagena is only 15-20 mins away, perfect for track days.
We totally recommend Casa Perez if you are looking for an amazing place to stay, then you should definitely book here.

What a fantastic find. The hosts are fantastic, the food amazing, facilities perfect for relaxing and chilling and accommodation spot on. You will be well looked after when attending this venue. Book early as they are nearly always full.

Always a pleasure to see Ant and Ros. Great hosts offering fantastic home cooked food and a relaxed, comfortable home from home. Fantastic place to chill and do very little except swim and read. Equally a good base for visiting Murcia or heading for Cartagena race track. Will be back (yet again!). Thanks guys.

Stayed for four nights in March whilst on track at Cartagena. Lovely location, wonderful hosts, exceptional food. Hot tub just the icing on the cake. Brilliant alternative to some pretty uninspiring hotels downtown.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Ant and Roz are incredible and very accommodating.

Couldn't ask for more when having a get away.

Brilliant place, utterly in the sticks so to speak, with cacti, goats, dogs and cats for company. Great hosts and lovely breakfasts plus dinner on the last night, pool & jacuzzi clean and welcoming. Definitely need a car and a sense of direction! Cartagena and Bolnuevo are close by and worth a visit. In September it's still warm enough for shorts and sandals too, an added bonus!

Staying there family of 5.... Beautiful place to stay 150%recommended 👍👍👍👍👍 have every thing you need, from swimming pool to perfect dinner, and freshly made breakfast on your order... Just back from a 4 night stay at Casa Perez - Literally everything about the place is fantastic. I honestly cant reccomend the place enough.

I loved my stay here. It feels that you are at home and the staff is very nice.

Fabulous company, hosts who couldn't do enough for all their guests, and the food just can't be bettered.....a fantastic break

If you don't stay at casa Perez you will miss out on the best part of Murcia.
