Neat clean and modern looking hotel with great fittings everywhere from the beautiful locks to the safes and thermostat.

Comfortable beds.
Climate control is easy.
Food is quite good
Staff is courteous enough
Wonderful handheld bidet next to toilet !

Would stay again given the chance.

This place is great. Newly renovated, fresh rooms, great service, the outdoor parking is a reasonable price of 10€ and there’s a bus to the city that takes 15-20 minutes. For the bus back, you need to take the bus before midnight.

Amazing value for this real 4* Hotel, free parking outside!

Breakfast was in my eyes extremley below average for Spain. They didn't even offer those small "barra gallega" for the "tostada tomate". Limited choice. 19€/Person is too much (lunch in restaurants come with 3 course menu for same price)

Fab design throughout, superb breakfast choices, dinner excellent and good vfm. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Lovely pool and the gym facility was good too. Nice to be out of town too with an easy bus route just around the corner. Secure parking at an extra cost too.
My only comment was that the bed was extremely hard and could benefit from a memory foam mattress topper, but that’s just personal choice.
All in all 5* hotel, service and facility. Would highly recommend

We spent a week here. Very new, modern, beautifully decorated. Rooms are big and well designed. Fabulous pool!! The restaurant is very good. If you have a car, it is the perfect place to go to San Sebastian. It is very relaxing. People are very friendly and helpful.

It's a modern style hotel of two floors. **** stars. It has a swimming pool in summer until 15th of September. It is at the edge of the city with excellent views over the neighboring woods and mountains.
The room is for a honeymoon. The shower has a glass window to the room, so you can see everything. You can cover it to block the view.
Very good breakfast. There is a restaurant but they keep the menu same for several days. Expensive, 190€/ night in September.

Nice hotel for a short stay in San Sebastián with good breakfast, a beautiful pool and easy acces to the old city center with bus 28. The service was helpful and quick, only minus that you couldn’t leave the dog in the hotel room. You also had to dine outside or in a seperate room with your dog at breakfast. The hotel was wel designed and had a homely feel. All in all can recommend, especially if you don’t have a dog. Do keep in mind that I didn’t spend days in the hotel, and was only there in the morning and night, I don’t think it’s a good hotel for a kind of resort feel.

Everything was top class! The possibility of a very early check-in, Very helpful and informative receptionists with a big smile. Private parking place included. We were happily surprised with the design of the room, and the facilities which made it easy to relax but also to work online. Beautiful bathroom with green tiles. Comfortable beds. Extra coffee and tea making facilities. Very quiet room.

Good hotel, with friendly staff. Located a bit further from the city so you have to go by car or taxi. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good and tasty.

Wooooooow what a hotel. This hidden gem just off the beaten track south of San Sebastien is a work of art. A great architectural building, super modern, and elegant. Out door swimming pool, and also a meeting room too.
Rooms are well dressed, clean and ultra modern. A very trendy and well presented establishment.
Staff were polite and attentive. English speaking so if you have no Spanish, then you'll be just fine !! Here with work, but would definitely return if I have the chance !!

If you want to stay in a hotel that is absolutely worth it’s stars: hotel Tres Reyes in San Sebastián is it!
From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but when you come in it’s warm, authentic, friendly and very welcoming. The materials, colors, art and the people are on the point.
The restaurant is more than great, it’s fantastic.
Whenever you want to relax, enjoy and feel like at home, this is a place we absolutely recommend.

Spent one night along with my pet and everything was fantastic. The hotel is newly built, decorated very nicely and the rooms are large and with very good finishes. Staff was very gentle and helpful so... definitely a safe bet, highly recommended!

Left my review in booking.com, but to repeat — that's a definitely worth-its-money hotel. The food ordered to the room was also good. Strong Wi-Fi, tea and coffee are also included. The staff are kind and helpful.

Fantastic hotel, very beautifully and carefully designed. They offer a wonderful breakfast buffet and everything is very comfortable. I would have only liked an extra mirror in the bedroom, but otherwise it was really great!

I really enjoyed staying there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They know a lot. Our view was of the mountains, our room was sparkling clean every day. And they have parking too. Recommended.

I booked earlier, 366 euros for 3 nights, in June, which is really good value for money. I live alone, thanks for helping me book a single bed.

The room and the room service was top notch and the food was delicious. Really can't fault the place for anything at all (except with the pool being closed during winter, understandable for this region of Europe), would definitely visit again.

Stayed at the Tres Reyes  would highly recommend. From the moment we arrived Mr. James was  so friendly, pessinated and helpful that we were so soprised!! The location was ok, easy walking distance to Bcc. The ‘level’ room service was outstanding. Room, well equipped and no views. From the outside hotel looks modern and inside it’s very  modern. Breakfast, so much choice. The level service is definitely ok.

We booked a Premium Room directly on the hotel’s website (it’s cheaper than on comparison websites) and stayed for 1 night.

The rate of accommodation in this city is unbelievably expensive, and for close to EUR200 that we paid, we only got a room, with NO breakfast and NO parking. If we want to park at the private parking lot behind the hotel, we would have to pay another EUR15 per night, according to the hotel’s website. We were glad we did not, because we were able to find a parking space at the side of the road (plenty of them, depending on the time of the day) outside the hotel.

Location of the hotel is outside the busy city, but easily accessible by Bus No.28, which stops very regularly at a bus stand not far from the hotel. We will certainly recommend taking the bus and leaving your car, because parking is difficult to find in the city (and may cost you more!)

The décor of the hotel’s common area is very elegant. The staff who checked us in were very efficient and knowledgeable about the events happening in the city during the busiest day of the year (we arrived on 15 August – the Virgin’s Day).

Our Premium Room is spacious and clean, the décor is simple and modern. All amenities worked well. There’s a kettle, mini fridge, and complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean, the hot shower functioned well, and basic toiletries were provided for.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at the hotel, despite its location being outside the city. The bus is so very convenient to take.
