La Granja Baqueira

The restaurant is located in the heart of Baqueira and offers a convenient choice for those who are hosted in the vicinity and are looking for either a takeaway pizza or a full-on restaurant experience. I must say, from my experience, that their à la carte selection was so much better than their pizzas -- it almost feels as if it was a different restaurant serving them. The service, however, was impeccable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

A fantastic dining experience whether you're in Baquiera to ski or not! La Granja is a charming restaurant just off the commercial centre of Baquiera that will leave you smiling. While we did have initial reservations about the establishment from reading some reviews, I can gladly say that our concerns were unfounded.

The moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by out server who made sure we had a smooth experience throughout our dinner. The servers were very polite and obliging as they took the patience to explain the menu and provide recommendations for both food and wine, going into the finer details to make sure we fully understood what we were getting. The menu is definitely extensive and features a lot of local flavours as well and you'll be hard pressed to find something that isn't to your liking.

The food was excellent throughout, from starters to the dessert, and we're all impeccably plated. I appreciated that we never felt rushed through the courses and was served at a nice pace. The dedication to quality both in service and the food was pulpable - all this at a very reasonable price which we gladly paid for.

Excellent family run restaurant. Owner very knowledgeable with his wine. We had a fabulous meal, Tuna Tatika, wild sea bass lightly smoked with ribbon pasta and Octopus on purple potatoes

I'm happy to rate one of the very few 5 stars restaurants I've been. It's a family restaurant now run by a couple's son (mother still works there), where simple menus are cooked in a magnificent way. Every single element of the plate is a masterpiece, from the steak's side carrot to the little almonds of the chocolate cake and for us everything was unexpected. I hope that coming diners get a really pleasant surprise like us without reading this, and just come to rate it because of gratitude. Finally, service was gentle and superior quality, with the son and mother taking care of mostly everything

By chance walked in for quick lunch. Super gourmet experience. Starter “Mar y Montaña” a must try. Thinly sliced butter fish with wasabi mayonnaise and crumbles of pancetta Iberica. Family run. Lovely people

I have no words for such a experience. I was there with the family a couple of times during the week and in my opinion were not enough because we couldn’t taste all the dishes in the menu.
All of them are amazing, total unexpected for the typical that you see in the rest of the restaurants in the area.
Quality vs price is a 10 and the wine list will drive you crazy...lot of great and unique and rare options and the owner to help you with the decision but to be honest, he explain everything with such passion and acknowledge that will not be easy to choose just one.
My sincere congratulations to this family and the treasure that you have create it.
For sure we will be back to sky in a great place and eat in a restaurant with the same level that the slopes you’ll find in Baqueira.

BEST FOOD IN THE ENTIRE VALL D’ARAN!
We tried the first time in summer, and we were mesmerize with the attention to detail, flavors and quality. Now, almost one year later it is even better!!
Everybody should come and try this place…FOR REAL!!

It was a fantastic meal and menu. The Pizzas were great too. The staff could not do enough for us, highly recommend the restaurant.
