Restaurante Bentayga

Loved our meal here. We went on a Sunday evening but it was nice and lively. The waiter was very helpful. Wine and pizza both were good. Decor is full of character. Excellent value for money too.

Great place to eat, great service and atmosphere. We have been here 2 nights in a row. I had the pork cheeks one night and pork knuckle the next- this was amazing. My husband had the squid and a sirloin steak, both very good.

Absolutely amazing place what a view! The outside and front half is a bar and the restaurant is in the back but it's nice and quiet and you get a great view. The food was lovely too. Highly recommend. Staff spoke good English too :)

Food is lovely and service is good too. Location a bit inconvenient due to lack of parking, but they have a back parking space that wi didn't know and haven't used. So if you go ask for it. The Lomo Alto and the house salad are really nice.

This family owned restaurant has been a city emblem for over more than half a century and I have been coming here with my family and friends for over 20 years. Recently, it was taken over by Kale who has done an outstanding job in modernizing the restaurant to ensure it appeals to new generations and their palates.

Personally, having tried steaks all over the World, I can honestly say that their “Chuleton de Vaca Madurada” is one of the best I have tried…not to mention they infuse it with rosemary!!

With an incredible management and team, this is definitely a must visit stop not only for tourists, but also for all Gran Canaria residents!

Very good all round - food, wine, and service.
We struggled a bit with the online menu because our Spanish is very limited. We were offered an English language menu when we came to order - would be good if this was an option online.

Had a nice dinner after a long hiking day. Cozy place with heaters outside. Diabola Pizza was amazing, burger and bentayga salad were good. Definitely deserves more than current 4,1 rating.

This restaurant is amazing. Whilst staying in Tafira Baja last year, we visited three times it was that good. Superb service and incredible spanish cuisine. Highly recommend 👌

We ate there two nights in a row. The food was amazing (avocado-mango salad is superb, croquetes as well, the house wine was excellent) and reasonably priced. The staff was very kind. A very pleasant place that deserves a wholehearted recommendation!

Great dry aged steak.

Very friendly, good service. Food has is normally good when we visit but any place can have an off day. Fun place to watch football when Las Palmas are playing (or Barcelona in the champions league). Terrace outside at front can be a bit noisy depending on the traffic but is very popular (largely for smokers). Terrace is north facing so always shady. Bar in the front part with high tables and stools and TV. More formal sit down restaurant at the back with nice views over Los Alvarados is quieter and makes for a nice meal out.

Perfect venue to use in one' s last few nights in Gran Canaria. Warm hospitality, excellent menu and very responsive staff. We loved it and could not find a fault. We will be back next year, so thank you.

Great food with unique tastes, friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place. Try fried eggplant with kane honey, Lomo Alto steak and Polvito Uruguayo for dessert. I love this restaurant ♥
