Granada ALSA

Unlike many other reviewers, our experience wasn't bad at all.
This Bus Station is spacious, well lighted, the restaurant is vet big with a lot of tables available, there is a good souvenir shop, and...the toilets were clean.
The Alsa prices are much cheaper than the train tickets, the bus we took to Madrid (a double decker) had toilets, and there was a multimedia screen at our seats.
Bottom line, a 5 star rating.

Free toilets and the tram stop (estacion de bus) exactly in front the bus station.
It also have self-storage facilities which cost 3.50euro whole day. Various sizes. Make sure you have coins to change to a token. The token machine next to the toilet, where the storage are. Two token will be dispense, 1 to store your belongings and the other one, when you want to collect your belongings later.
Mcdonald and huge supermarket is located about 400m from the bus station.

The convinient store in the bus station is not so clean, the staff use her hand (without glove) to serve the pie to customer.

Nice bus station with 2 or 3 restaurants, souvenir shop, canteen. A few minutes walk to the historic part of Granada. And a dried fruit and baklava stand with delicious Coconut Baklava! I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

Reasonable cafe clean and eith good selection at sendible prices. Toilets clean, you are quite able to use without standing or sitting in a pool of piss. Buses to every corner of the country reasonably priced, and staff helpful. I would use it without hesitation.

I am biased because it is my hometown but overall efficient, there is a cafe and selection to organise before your travel. Multiple destinations, user friendly ticket machines. However I would recomend buying tickets in advance using the ALSA APP.

Nice bus station in Granada. You can get buses to anywhere from this station.

Easy to navigate, nice latte coffee and easy access to bus. Plenty of seating in waiting area.

We were on our way to Malaga by ALSA. The signs are clear and the staffs are helpful in this station.

Well organized with good services, easy to use it even if you don't speak Spanish

Young lady at ticket kiosk, told her where I was going she punched it in paid with my card. Easy, easy !!!

Easy to locate building and buses, easy to purchase tickets and accessible.

For a bus station it's not too shabby. Buses we took were on time.

I'm giving 5 stars for free toilet. Spacious Bus terminal. You won't get hungry, there's a canteen and vending machines. Also the screen are helpful finding your Departure schedules. The escalators are working well and there's also elevator.

There are many small shops, for cases of necessity and emergencies very useful.
Many automatic machines to buy bus tickets.
This is not in Granada but in all bus stations in Spain.
