Parque de la Batería

It's a park full of surprises. There are toilets and vending machines at the entrance and for children at the play area at the end of the park. Early mornings are magical.
And there were moments I wished I was a child again.
There are play areas, a chupete 🌳, the Torremolinos tooth mouse's house, a beautiful carousel as in the old days, quite a lot of parking, exercise equipment for if you want to come for more than just a run or a walk with or without your dog and I can go on about the history and lookout tower, etc. But it's better to go and have a look for yourself.
A definite must for all ages.

Beautiful park, lovely walks around it, cycling lanes and a large children's playground, large lake with boat hire, lots of monuments around, and a spiral look out viewing point, magnificent area, well worth a visit.

Nice Park for a stroll with the family.
Play park was great for kids of all ages.
Carousel was lovely and only 50c a go.
Snacks and drinks are available to purchase at the kiosk or vending machines beside the play area.

Pristine park worth an amazing upkeep. Great views and a pound where you can rent a boat for 1eur per 30 min. There's a big play park for kids in the corner.

Lovely peaceful little park with bicycle paths, walkways, boating lake and Music events on some evening's (we seen Clarence jazz band) perfect spot for a bit of sunbathing also!!

Nice park lots of things to see and do

A beautiful spot with some gorgeous views over the coast. There are row boats available for hire from 1600-2000 on some days. Off you get off the train at Montemar Alto then IRS a 5 minute walk back over the bridge.

Very quiet and beautiful park for a walk. Lots of fountains,different kind of trees,bushes and a stunning view on the sea. Also some parrot kind of birds who we saw.

A nice, small park with a huge fountain where you can row a boat. For kids there is a proper playground with modern facilities. There are also free-of-charge proper public toilets too. A few canons are placed by the viewpoint-tower from which you can admire a splendid panorama over the sea and Torremolinos. This is the only point to watch a sunset in Torremolinos in December. We've been here twice and every time it was very windy.

Very beautiful and utterly spotless park. If you're in the area, make a visit, take a trip either via stairs or lift to the top of the turret, the views are amazing! Very clean public toilets too! Vending machines with bottles of water and other drinks available. Lovely fountains for photo opportunities and quite a few old guns with information plaques. Think the rowing boats are available to drift around the lakes in summer. Not far to walk from the promenade front. Best to use google maps to navigate the little residential streets to find it, enjoy :)

Very beautiful and relaxing! I love the blue water pool and the sea view! Thank you for the clean toilets which make me like Spain more. When we traveled to Italy, the worst thing I felt was that the toilets were dirty, and no matter where, even the famous museum in Florence, they don’t provide toilets with seats for tourists. Unbelievable the Italians removed the toilet seats. But Spanish people are very friendly. There are free and clean public restrooms with tissues at beaches and parks.

A lovely little park, great views and history, nice areas to cool of, and play zones for the kids

Great park for a stroll with kids. Lovely planting, large pond with boating & a tower to explore. Large playground area for toddlers & older kids (& a dummy/dodie tree if you want to persuade a toddler to give up their habit). Can't access beach from park, have to walk back though.

Lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Nice walks around the park and great views. There are toilets which are clean as well.

Nice place for a Sunday walk. If you want to see Torremolinos from above - that's a right place to go. There is a possibility to swim on the boat in a park lake filled with fountains. Kids have some attractions on a side of the park as well.

Nice relaxing walk around this very pleasant park. Interesting insight into some of Spain’s defence history. Lovely altogether
