WOW ! Simply stunning. We had a lovely stay here in June and Yvonne was the most amazing host . Nothing was too much trouble.. the room was spotless and quite big . The pool area was beautiful. We had dinner in the courtyard , fantastic !!! And the breakfast was excellent too. I can highly recommend Cortijo Sabina .

Simply wow! One of the most beautiful hotels surrounded by the most amazing views. We loved our stay, everywhere we sat or swam was paradise. Yvonne the owner was a superb host and allot of fun besides a fountain of knowledge. The food was lovely and served in the beautiful inner courtyard or out on the roman terrace. Cannot praise this wonderful place high enough!

Just returned from Cortijo Sabila following 3 amazing days for our wedding.
Yvonne and the team are so welcoming, they work very hard all day everyday! The premises and grounds are just beautiful with such stunning views.
Food is absolutely delicious and cooked fresh by Yvonne!

We have just returned from this beautiful hotel after spending the weekend here for my friends wedding. Yvonne & her team were great hosts. The wedding was AMAZING, the detailing on decor was stunning! The hotel has a great balance of modern and traditional. The team catered every evening for us and we ate in a different area of hotel with a different view with a Spanish vibe (bbq/tapas/paella). A relaxing venue with stunning views …..10/10 ✨

Amazing place, and a pleasure to meet Yvonne. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Yvonne's hosting was second to none, a lovely warm hearted lady who made you feel welcome. The dogs are so well behaved. Could not fault this place.

Whilst travelling spain in search of property to purchase, i chose this quaint Country House at random as had a few choices and really, i do not regret the decision at all!! The staff here are lovely, the owner kind. The food is to die for and served presented with amazing flare, and made with all fresh ingredients daily and served in a dining room that makes me feel special. My room is immaculate and very comfortable and keeps me content, i love the spanish tiling, the Bathroom is beautiful and shower great at any time of the day regardless of other guests using the water source. There is a beautiful living room filled with pretty ornaments and antiques for my viewing pleasure, and it really makes me feel at home! Also worth a whopping mention is the largest open Fireplace i have seen in my thirty six years on earth!!!! It really is a spectacular, working showpiece that emits fantastic warmth and transient glow to add to the rooms hospitality. The grounds are set back into the spectacular scenery here with a pool, outside bar area, various peaceful outdoor 'chill out zones' and lovely pond with a bridge over.
I find this area with its beautiful mountain range, olive trees, friendly folk and life in general so very captivating, I have decided to buy a home here!

My stay has been so comfortable at Cortijo Sabila, i have decided to stay on here for two to three months while my property purchase goes ahead and the ball is rolling for me to become an 'Ex-Pat'.

Hi I would just like to tell you all out there about this wonderful wedding I was lucky enough to go to at this superb hotel. The wedding, the hotel, the rooms, the gardens, the food and the staff were excellent. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be returning. Perfectly placed high quality boutique well positioned for the coast and major tourist attractions such as Cordoba and Granada and is less than 30 Minutes from Malaga Airport. High quality cuisine and great individual rooms and facilities with lovely hosts, staff and not forgetting the dogs Oscar, Stanley, Lucy and Maj.

For us - we stayed 4 nights here - it's an amazing special place in full nature - cortijo sabila is a real beautiful jewel in the back-country of Andalusia. The historic building has got an incredible outdoor space. Most of all, Yvonne's attention to all our needs and her hospitality have been the best experiences during our stay. Of course, the breakfast (everything fresh, handmade .. she's using regional and seasonal food only, great!) and the dinner have been perfect for us, as well. The dinner is a delight! Don't miss it, when you're staying here. We can't understand the opinions of guests who didn't feel comfortable with Yvonne... If you're looking for something special, away from the mass tourism in Andalusia, this is the right place and you won't be disappointed at all. Highly recommended! And for all those who get het up about the dogs: It is written in the booking information and the dear four-legged friends are neither importunate nor loud. Who doesn't like nature should better book an 5 stars all-inclusive hotel in Dubai....

Great base from which to explore the area

Una gran experiencia que repetiría. Su desayuno espectacular. La zona de piscina y jacuzzi muy cómoda y agradable. Me llamo la atención su ajedrez gigante y su entorno rústico y decorado con mucho gusto.
Lo recomiendo, es una experiencia que no olvidaremos.

Lugar ideal para un fin de semana de relax y descanso en la naturaleza. La amabilidad de Yvonne y del resto del personal me hicieron sentir como en casa. Delicioso y completo desayuno. Lugar perfecto para salir a correr y disfrutar de la piscina en un entorno natural y tranquilo. Cama muy cómoda y habitación muy amplia.

Un lugar con mucho encanto y tranquilidad; la habitación era muy bonita y acogedora, el servicio del cortijo excepcional ya que Yvonne hace que te sientas como en casa y la ubicación es perfecta y no tiene ninguna dificultad.
Volveremos a repetir sin duda.

Hallo liebe Ruhesuchenden und Verwöhnsüchtigen,
wir waren im Juli eine Woche in diesem überaus charmanten Hotel, was eigentlich eher ein Herrenhaus ist. Yvonne ist die Dame des Hauses, Eigentümerin und gute Seele, drüber hinaus Köchin (sehr zu empfehlen) und Tipp-Geber für Ausflüge. Unser Zimmer war nicht riesig aber extrem hübschund stylvoll eingerichtet. Auf dem Gelände finden sich unzählige Plätzchen um zu verweilen, sich auszuklinken und zu entspannen. Neben dem normalen Pool gibt es einen Whirlpool, natürlich Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Drei entzückende Hunde "bewachen" das Haus und freuen sich über Streicheleinheiten. Wer es ruhig und familiär mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Nach Malaga sind es rund 25 Minuten, wir waren zudem in Granada und Cordoba und haben den Caminito del Rey bezwungen. Dafür ist Cortio Sabila die ideale Ausgangsbasis. Klare Empfehlung!! Liebe Grüße an Yvonne
