I had another wonderful stay at the hotel this week. The location is fantastic, the breakfast delicious, and the comfort of that newly renovated room outstanding. A special thank you to the three amazing ladies at the reception (sorry, I forgot to ask your names) who went above and beyond to swiftly resolve the problem I encountered, making my experience as exceptional as it has always been here. It remains my favorite hotel <3

Just came back from after a 4 night stay in Catalonia Majórica.

The room (Premium Double Room with Sea View) was nice and clean.

The welcoming of the two wonderful ladies in the reception (sorry I did not get the names) was excellent (they had the evening shift on the 27th of Jan.) They were so kind, friendly and helpful.

If I could say anything negative it is how thin the walls and doors must be as you can hear people taking a shower just like they are next to you in your bed. That was not that big of a deal though.
It is easy to find parking in the streets close to the hotel and free of charge. The hotel also has parking for a charge.

Highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

This is beautiful hotel with a good view. For a moment there lift is not working but they have good bus connectivity. 5 mins walking is the bus. If you are coming with your small baby then it can be little troublesome.

Very nice hotel with the greatest breakfast! Fresh orange juice was the best.
It’s hard to park car for free on the streets near but there is parking for 15eur.

Nice rooms, and fantastic staff. "Davis"? At the front desk was super helpful. Breakfast was quite good as well. No parking though.

The breakfast was something I really love. They have a wide variety of local food offered. The egg tortilla was my favorite. Service was tiptop. Their rooms are spacious and clean. Best of all, with a lovely port view.

We stayed there for one night while going on a cruise the day later. The food was nice, the view was beautiful and the price was pretty good for the location. What was a very memorable moment was the help of the reception with our rented wheelchair and the competent service they provide.
Next time I would go there again :)

Nice hotel, friendly staff, room professionally cleaned every day. The bed was not the most comfortable and was 2 small beds joined together, but overall experience was great. very good restaurant at the hotel( the octopus was absolutely delicious ), we really enjoyed our stay, thanks

The hotel is very nice, the beds are super comfortable.
Breakfast is a bit expensive but it is wonderful! They have everything you would imagine, even vegan cheeses. There is a pancake machine and they make waffles on the spot. The lady on the counter Paulina was very helpful.

We had the most delightful and relaxing stay there. The staff were ultra helpful and friendly. The food, ambience, pool, rooms - all fabulous. Well worth a visit and a stay!

My wife & I stayed here for 8 nights to celebrate my birthday & our wedding anniversary. We found the staff were amazing, extremely professional & courteous. Nothing was a problem, they could not have done anymore to make our stay so enjoyable. This Hotel & its staff our a perfect example of how all hotels should be. We would like to give special thanks to Sñr Barea who runs the Hotel. The staff members who really excelled in their duties & professional attitude were as follows:- The cleaner Maria (she never stops) & is so happy all the time. Christina on reception is the most amazing receptionist we have ever met. Jamie on reception is also excellent. Aldana, Pauline, Mary Angeles & Daniela. The reason we went out of our way to get the names of these staff members is for a very good reason. When things go well on a stay people sometimes don't bother to leave a review. But these staff members were absolutely fantastic & they should be given recognition for the fact that they work so hard for the guests to ensure that the best service is given for the guests to enjoy their holiday. Well done to you all 👏 you are a credit to the Catalonia Hotel group. 100% Service with a smile. We WILL definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything 👌x

Very good experience at this hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is located far away from almost everything (considering the geography here it's ok, but you will need to take a taxi or a bus to get somewhere). The restaurant is good (almost tried everything), the swimming pool is big enough (and there is another one inside the building, with warm water), the breakfast is expensive, the view from the hotel is beautiful. There are a few customers that think that their room is a nightclub so maybe bring earplugs. The rooms are very clean and tidy and this is truly a 4 star hotel.

Very Good service and clean and fresh, nice rooms (considering price and prior expectations). The heater wasn't the best, didn't heat well, and to noisy - room was chilly cold in mornings and evenings, but tolerable considering the season (start of January, and +10°C outside). Very nice and hospitable staff. Small but cozy indoor pool, smooth towel borrowing system in place for the swimming pools (€5 returnable deposit/towel). Small bathrooms if that's important for you, though to be fair, enough, managable size.

great hotel, beautiful location, friendly service, rooms clean and delicious food in the restaurant. On the occasion of my birthday, a surprise was waiting for me in the room from the entire hotel team, for which I would like to thank you very much again

We ended up at this hotel because our flight home was cancelled and we urgently needed somewhere to spend the night. An excellent hotel. Very clean, fantastic view, good selection for the breakfast. As an extra perk, they had a sideways elevator which saved you some walking on the steep hills that the hotel is situated on.

Although we stayed there because of a highly inconvenient circumstance we ended up feeling we might want to come back and stay there again some other time.
