La Fusión Restaurante

We visited last night taking family out for our last meal of the holiday. Food, service and atmosphere was fantastic.

Prices are as to be expected for a restaurant of this calibre. Lovely outlook towards the coast.

Absolutely spectacular! The ambience was relaxing and the staff very friendly. We were served by Enrique and the manager on duty and they went above and beyond for our little group. My cousin had her 17th birthday and they made it very special for us played a song by ACDC she had the most amazing time. The food was a 11/10 perfection. If you’re a sushi lover this is the place for you and the steak and fish were cooked to absolute perfection. We will be recommending this to everyone and we’ll definitely be dining there again. To the staff thank you so much for catering to us and making us feel special.

Amazing place with the best sushi, with seaview very romantic.

The sushi and Asiatico Coffee we ordered were really delicious. Nice service and atmosphere and the view from the restaurant itself completes the whole.

This was our second visit. Thank you to Victor for arranging our reservations, Yusef and Jose for their knowledge and advice on our food and wine choices, excellent service. Don't miss out on the most amazing desserts we've ever had. Thank you, we will be back before we return to England.

This is our second review of la fusion and again it's 5 star. Our first try of sushi, we got great advice on what to choose. Our food was delicious and perfect for us. Thank you Victor for your patience with menu and wine suggestions and also Alvar excellent service.

What a super new location and addition to the area... really cool restaurant with great chill music. International cuisine plus a huge sushi / sashimi centre . Right on the beach / promenade, I will 100% return, my kinda place.

Very friendly and nice food. My girlfriend is gluten-intolerant and we ordered a ceasar salad which came with fried chicken instead of baked. The waiter noticed that she couldnt eat it and replaced immediatly the plate with a gluten-free version. What a service! A big thank you! It was delicious!

La Fusion in La Mata, Torrevieja. What an excellent restaurant! We have had one of those magic restaurant moments when everything is perfect. The location. The look. The food!! And the staff!!! Sussi and I are vegans since 2019 and we can strongly recommend all of you to try their vegan sushi. The plate that they served us was like a piece of art! All of the staff was so nice and an extra big thanks to Jordan and Paul !

Loved our meal here. My husband's sea bass dish was a real delight with lots of details that brought it up a big notch. I had the sushi (the uramaki samurai and several of the nigiri) which were all fresh and tasty with a zing that showed real imagination in the recipies. This is a place really worth visiting, on the pricier side of the general area but the quality of the food, location and the nice ambience make up the value.

If you are in the area and appreciate good food with a Japanese or fusion twist, this place is a "must go". Ask the waiter for any recommendations. And remember to book in advance. This place is hip and cool, with show cooking and a dj playing sexy tunes in the weekends, and not a place where you let your kids run around screaming for more ice cream (thank God!). I've even experienced the police (from the neighboring town!! ) to stop by and keep the place open just so that they could order fresh seafood for take away lunch the next day! That's how popular this place is!
So if this doesn't convince you to try it out then I'm out of arguments.
P. S. But please keep in mind, this place has normal European prices. If you want to eat really cheap, this is not the place for you. This place has high quality food, high quality wines and VERY attentive waiters, and it does cost a few euros more than your average beach restaurant. This is not the place where you get a well done wienerschniztel with majo, ketchup and French fries. If that's what your after then you have to go somewhere else. Here you get fresh oysters, scallops, foie Gras, tataki tuna, fillet mignon, bluefin tuna, slow cooked beef cheeks and tons of different seafood or sushi that can make every foodie go completely nuts. I've been here a dozen times and still haven't tasted it all. This place is also a perfect place if you are looking to have a romantic and sexy night out with your loved one. It overlooks the ocean, is a good place to do people watching, and is only 5 minutes away from downtown Torrevieja if you are planning to head out after dinner.

Great steak as usual and lovely staff as always apart rfrom the attitude woman who showed us to our table! Apparently she only works weekends so a week night visit would probably be better!? Love this restaurant though.
