Patios are recommended if you like beautiful patios and gardens.
We were not able to take the tour of the house/rooms because we arrived too late. But we could still take the 7 euro self guided tour of the 12 patios.
Although we visited in late December, which is probably not the ideal time to see flowering gardens, it was still very beautiful and unique to visit.
The entire palace complex is quite large, larger than expected. If we could have seen the rooms we think it would have also been nice.

This mansion is a bit off the main tourist trail and not very well promoted. Had our concierge not recommend it we probably would have missed it. But it is well worth the time to see. The house is interesting but its the many courtyards/gardens surounding the house that are the most interesting part. We stepped from one enclosed secret garden to the next and each had its own beauty.

Palacio de Viana, right in the heart of Santa Marina in Cordoba, is a special place with roots dating back to the 13th century. Fernando III the Saint commissioned it, adding a touch of history to this old neighborhood. Personally, I loved the palace, and the gardens were a highlight, making the visit even more delightful!

Patios are free to visit, so don't miss this place. To me, it's one of the jewels of Cordoba. However, don't expect the same vibe one could get from the patios in Cordoba's houses - here it's more like small gardens in a palace. Still amazing and worth seeing.

Beautiful patio gardens set around a palatial house - each one includes information on the plants/flowers present. Definitely worth a wander through.

The patio gardens are beautiful - even on a cold winter's day!

Romantic and quiet 12 patios and a mesmerizing palace - absolutely a must to visit if you are visiting in Córdoba. Here you can explore the patio culture of Cordoba and if it is the mid of May, you can participate to be visitor in small private patios in Patios Festival of Córdoba.

We visited to just see the courtyards/patios as you can do on a separate entrance fee if you don't want to visit the main house. There are 15 patios to visit here, you also do get to see a few rooms of the house as well. The visit was well worth it as every patio is unique, some ranging from just a few square mts to a few very large ones. If you want to visit the house it's a guided tour only in Spanish. There are toilets available and a visitor shop . Would recommend.

Only visited the 17 patios because the upstairs is only with a guide and I didn’t have the time to do it unfortunately. It would be nice to be able to visit it freely without a guide. Anyway, the gardens were really nice. You can visit them as you want. It’s very nice to see patios even outside the festival.

Hidden gem off the touristy part of Cordoba. A well maintained renaissance palace with a rich history.

The outside area consists of several picturesque gardens that each have their own theme and invite the visitor to a long stroll on a hot day.

The inside area gives historical insight to the different owners of the palace and their life at the respective times.

The visits to the ground floor area takes about 1-2 hours. One can also visit the first floor, where there is a guided tour and historical artifacts.

Diffidently worth the visit, magical pleasant place, well known for its "patios" and the garden that make it be known as Museum of the Patios. Indoor and outdoor are perfectly integrated, giving to the palace an original harmony. Among the collections stand out paintings, tapestries, leather and ceramic tiles among others.

Ex-private house. Patios are super nice but the paintings are NOT recommended to visit except you're good in Spanish: the don't have English-speaking guides and don't have even the audio guides so my recommendations are to take a ticket for a patios and don't waste money & time for other stuff.

Loved the Palacio. Beautiful gardens, would love to come here in May when there is more colour but well worth the visit.

It's a must if you want to be amazed by 12 gardens - patios, like 12 small paradises. You can also visit the family's villa - 5 centuries of history gathered in books, furniture, paintings, tapestry - and hear their story. I'll be back for sure.

Surprisingly nice! Patio after patio, after patio! Initially you'd think it will be 2 or 3 rooms to visit but it seems a never ending walk. Worth every penny once you're in the area! Ps. We've visited during siesta and we were the only people strolling around. Different kind of experience.

We visited in the morning of the last day of our visit as part of the city sightseeing tour ticket. It would have been worth the entrance fee as well. Very beautiful Courtyards with a nice mix of history with the preserved palace.
