Restaurante asador - Grill El Labrador

We stopped by randomly and had the tastiest meal.

We ordered papas arugadas, roasted red pepper, salad, bread with the garlic cream and last but not least the goat!

You have to order the goat. It was the tastiest goat I’ve had outside of parents kitchen. The sauce was tasty, the meat was tender and we soaked it all up with the tasty home made chips.

The waiter spoke English, gave us the English menu and happily answered our questions.

The food is fresh, the restaurant is charming and the toilets were also nice and clean.

I recommend it as a stop and would even say that it’s worth going out of your way for the goat!!

A lovely restaurant that knows how to cook proper fresh food well. I ordered steak medium rare and got a huge steak cooked as ordered. My girlfriend wanted the tripe soup (just weird). But when it came she said it was wonderful and very tasty. Can definitely recommend this place to eat even if it's way up a mountain road. Good prices too.

Nice place to take a break before las Nieves

We had a very nice cochino (recommendation of the jefe) salad, piementa and flan. Food was partly prepared at the open fire.

Omg the goat stew! So tasty, such latge quantity, so so cheap... Definitely make a stop here after a day out and get this dish!

Pretty good local grill. Nice service, specific local climate. Fine choice of meats. Fair prices. Only small problem was receipt with unordered wine bottle. Cleared easy - but it is good to check before payment.

Lovely classic canaria bar and grill, had a great dinner here while on holiday. Really enjoyed the sweet blood sausage and the potatoes, the host was lovely and gave us plenty of time to order as he could see we were struggling with translating, loved the atmosphere, everyone seemed so lovely

Hidden gem. My inner Mark Wiens was super happy! We had goat stew and salad with goat cheese. Very tasty and not expensive !!!

A resturant situates just opposite the only bus station in the village Cueva Grande. Nothing more to offer than family grill house level food, but the waiters are super kind. They would try to amuse u even if you don't speak the same language! Doesn't worth to come for the experience uniquely, but if you're waiting for the never-coming bus 305/307, it would certainly be a pleasure to entertain yourself bere.

Me and my friends found this place on the way back from Roque Nublo. I was visiting Gran Canaria from Houston, Texas. We needed a place to refuel after walking around Roque Nublo and Grill El Labrador was the closest restaurant we could find on our way back to the hostel. I’m so glad we stopped here. The restaurant staff was super friendly. The locals even more so. And the food...wow, just amazing. I tried the cookie mousse and it was out of this world delicious, one of the most exquisite creamy textures I have ever tasted. There is nothing more that I could ask for in a dessert. This restaurant turned out to be one of our best meals on Gran Canaria. It was so good that me and my friend ended up driving back there again the next day and having another meal. Oh and prices, totally affordable. If you get a chance to go eat at this place while visiting Gran Canaria, I would recommend that you go for it. It’s incredible!

Friendly staff and the food looked amazing. Unfortunately I had to catch the bus so I only had time for a beer and some snacks
