What an excellent service , I was on holiday and my specs were damaged . Went into specsavers who replaces the defective nose pad Gratis !. Thank you all for your swift attention

First class service, I went in without an appointment and asked if they could fix my glasses which they did there and then. I use Specsavers in the uk for eye tests and glasses but both pairs of glasses had become very lose while we were in Spain so I popped in one of the stores and they repaired them straight away thank you Specsavers.

As always the service from start to finish was first class. Both the optician Naveen (I hope I have the name correct) and Jeanette who fitted my glasses were professional but warm and made me feel at ease. I would thoroughly recommend Specsavers Torrevieja to anyone. Well done.

What fantastic service. I made an appointment online which was so easy and I had an eye test the next. Quick service and all the staff were extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. My new glasses were ready within the week and were perfect. I was very happy with the service I experienced ans could not fault it. Definitely 5 star service.

I have been to Specsavers for years and everytime I am amazed with their efficiency.
You will be reminded every two years by letter that you are due for an appointment.
The staff is really helpful when you need advice about frames. In my case, Jeanette is always here for me.
I have nothing negative to say about Specsavers and will never go to another optician.

I was unfortunate enough to trip over a raised paving and was sent flying into the road breaking my glasses as a result. The glasses were severely bent and twisted and are needed for driving so I took them to Specsavers in Torrevieja to ask if they could repair them (the glasses were from Specsavers UK). I was amazed to receive them several days later looking as good as new! Excellent service for a visiting tourist...... unfortunately I cannot say anything positive about the state of Torrevieja's pavements!

Very pleased with the service. The staff spent a lot of time looking for the right frames for me. They counted different options that were easy to choose from. The quality of the glases are brilliant and the prize very good.

Great service from original contact, to the appointment, eye test, specs selection, information sharing and outlining of the costs, to order and delivery of the specs and collection and fitting. All staff very welcoming and polite. Special shout out to Nieves. Always a lovely welcome from her. Would definitely recommend.

I am a patient at Specsavers Torrevieja. They are always so efficient and helpful. They always attend to their patients requirements. I know I can definitely always depend on them. Today they fixed two pair of my broken glasses at no cost to me. Thank you Specsavers

Very good experience, as usual. We both saw the optician promptly and our glasses were ready on time. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, particularly when we picked up our glasses.

I had to stand outside with our dog, while my husband went in, but they very kindly bought him water and the optician stood outside with my dog while I chose my glasses. But, I do question why dogs are not allowed into what is a non-food environment. Something which is permitted in Spain and is becoming increasingly commonplace e.g. most shopping centres allow them into the public areas. In fact, on one prior occasion, several years ago, Specsavers did allow the dog in which is why we did not think we needed to get a dog sitter. This is not a complaint, simply a question.

One of the arms on my glasses broke at the hinge and I wasn’t sure what could be done. I tried mending it with superglue but it kept coming apart. I went into Specsavers Torrevieja who managed to remove the glue and find a new arm which nearly matched my original so that I could carry on using it. Thanks so much. You’re brilliant!

In the last couple of weeks I have now bought 1 pair of single vision glasses, 1 pair of sunglasses and now 1 pair of computer glasses which are just for using laptop & computer screen. Everything from the FREE eye test and all the way through the process to receiving my glasses, the service and professionalism I received from all the staff, was excellent. I was even told that my tear ducts were blocked and to go and visit my doctor, which shows how thorough their eyes tests are... Amazing.

I am impressed with the thorough eye examination and explanations given of the test. Plenty of help looking at frames and everything explained well. Very helpful staff and a good fitting service. Nothing to suggest to improve the service provided.
I wear my glasses every minute of every day and they are important to me I like the personal service and attention to detail but no obvious hard sell and not pressured to buy
Altogether a very good experience

From the moment you walk through the door you feel confident with Specsavers. My optician was Niraja who explained everything clearly and efficiently in words that I could comprehend. I had various tests and shown the photographs of my eyes from years gone by.
The selection of new glasses was difficult as there are so many to choose from, but Janette helped find the right style for my needs. She then worked out the best price available. I was told that to expect a phone call in a week. In fact, it was about 4 days. I collected my new glasses today and yet again, friendly helpful staff. All a great asset to the company. I would highly recommend any of my friends to check them out.

My husband and I recently had our biannual eye tests. Both of us required new reading glasses. We were looked after by an extremely friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, called Nieve. She helped us both select the best glasses for ourselves, and our specific requirements, ie lightweight lenses, reactor lights etc.. Time was not rushed at all. We both commented on how pleasent our experience was.
Our glasses were ready super quick. On collection we were greeted by another helpful member of staff, Jeanette. She made sure our glasses fitted us well and quickly made the little readjustments needed.
We were really impressed by the service we received and highly recommended this branch in Torrevieja.
